Almost 5 years ago, a friend of a friend at a major university asked me about their clunky, slow Moodle LMS with unexpected errors. They were spending too much time coming up with workarounds for system errors, rather than growing their program. I looked for solutions. What I found: bulk hosting sites with poor user experience and shoddy performance, or agencies with one-size-fits-all solutions and steep price tags. Gap identified. Small and mid-range higher education centers needed eLearning and LMS expertise they could actually afford. Kershner Educational Development Group was born.
