Kaizen Properties is a commercial real estate investment firm with a focus on self storage facilities, RV parks, mobile home parks, and multifamily apartment buildings. Our self storage brand, Honeycrisp Self Storage, currently owns and manages five self storage facilities across Texas, Arkansas and Indiana. You can view our Texas locations here: https://honeycrispselfstoragetolartx.storageunitsoftware.com/. Additionally, we own in a partnership and manage two RV / Mobile Home parks in Washington state. Our goal is to double our Assets Under Management (AUM) this year.
