Transform is always one of my favorite events of the year, and this year's conference didn't disappoint. Getting to spend real time with customers and prospects - actual conversations about what they're building and where they're stuck - is something I genuinely look forward to. And #Transform2026 brought together some of the best of the best to discuss and debate what's now and what's next. I was honored to join Conor Sweeney, MBA, Laura Mills, and Paul E. Wolfe onstage for our session on personalization and innovation in benefits. Two things I shared that seem to be resonating widely right now: 1️⃣ On GLP-1s: One of the most interesting conversations happening in benefits is how employers can peel GLP-1 coverage off their core medical plans — using tools like HRAs to self-fund these medications at a fraction of what carriers typically charge. It takes thoughtful plan design, but this benefits use case is real and growing fast. 2️⃣ On making the business case for personalized spending accounts: Executives and investors are asking benefits leaders to do more with less, and a ~20% healthcare renewal isn't something you can just drop on a board without context. My recommendation: think outside-in. Start with the broader market trends so leadership understands you're not alone. Layer in what's happening inside your organization. And then get ahead of the hard questions before they're asked. On a similar note, something that felt very apparent to me this year was that people in HR, benefits, and total rewards right now are carrying a lot. Expectations are high, budgets are tight, and the decisions they're making have a real impact on people's lives. Coming together at a conference like Transform is a reminder of why this work matters so much. Big thanks to Margot van den Broek, Michael Laracuente, and Blake Wasli from the Forma team for being there and making the most of this conference. Thanks Transform. Already looking forward to the next one!

What happens at Transform shouldn't stay at Transform 🎰 This is one conference that our team genuinely looks forward to every year, and #Transform2026 felt bigger and more energetic than ever. We met so many amazing people in HR, benefits, and total rewards, and we got to spend quality time with some of our cherished customers. There are a lot of challenges and pressures in benefits today, but these are the people who are leading the way to solve them for their organizations and the people they support. A round of applause for our own Jason Fan and his fellow panelists Laura Mills, Conor Sweeney, MBA, and Paul E. Wolfe for an insightful and very timely session on personalization and innovation in benefits. Jason covered some emerging use cases in the personalized benefits space, including weight management HRAs that ease cost pressures on employers while supporting employees who are seeking access to GLP-1s and other healthy weight supports. The audience was leaned all the way in for this one! Big thanks to our team on the ground, too: Margot van den Broek, Michael Laracuente, and Blake Wasli all made Forma shine at this event. (And we can't forget about Freddy the Forma teddy 🧸 ) None of this is possible without our team making it happen. The momentum is undeniable, and we are excited about the newest era of how we're helping HR and benefits teams solve challenging problems and achieve incredible outcomes. Thanks for having us, Transform!

We're headed to Las Vegas for Transform, one of our favorite annual events in the HR space. Here's what we have going on: 🎤 On the Stage Forma CEO & Co-founder Jason Fan will be speaking March 25 on a panel with Paul E. Wolfe, Laura Mills, and Conor Sweeney, MBA to tackle one of the biggest questions in benefits today: "Personalized Benefits: The Promise Everyone Wants or the Reality No One Can Deliver?" It's going to be a lively, debate-style session. Make sure this one is on your Transform agenda! 👋 At the Booth Don't be a stranger! Formies Blake Wasli, Michael Laracuente, and Margot van den Broek will be on hand to chat about global lifestyle benefits, top LSA use cases, and the latest trends in personalized programs. Come find our team at Booth #340! 🌐 In the #AIPassport If you're anything like us, the expo floor can feel like a lot of ground to cover without a lot of direction. So we teamed up with CandorIQ, Gem, and Kinfolk to build something more intentional: the AI Passport. It's a curated route of 4 booths to help you discover new solutions across the People function: Benefits → Forma, #340 Workforce Planning → CandorIQ, #245 Recruiting → Gem, #548 People Ops → Kinfolk, #547 To complete your AI Passport, just visit each booth and collect your stamps: ☕ Collect 3 stamps → $10 Starbucks gift card ✈️ Collect all 4 → entry to win a $1,000 airline gift card ➕ Post about it on LinkedIn and tag all 4 sponsors for a bonus entry! The coffee and the flights are a nice bonus — but the real value is walking away with a clear picture of what's actually possible across a set of trailblazing technology leaders in the space. Can't wait to see everyone at the Wynn for #Transform2026!

Conference season is officially in full swing, and Team Forma is off and running! Reflecting on this week and our experience at The Conference Board's Employee Health Care Conference in New York, we are struck by how this event matches the energy we've been feeling from the market. Last week, we brought together 12 benefits and total rewards leaders in San Francisco for an unforgettable evening with a simple premise: No presentations and no pitches — just honest conversations about what's working (and not) in benefits today. From the moment people arrived to the final goodbyes, the conversation never stopped. What's actually working in global benefits design. Where the flexible benefits space is heading and how it's changing. How benefits leaders are making the case for investment internally when leadership wants more than good intentions. This is the kind of conversation that doesn't happen enough in our industry — and we think it should. Three hours went by fast. So fast, in fact, that we're considering hosting more dinners sometime soon. (If you want to suggest a city, leave a comment or drop us a line!) Thanks to Matthew Blood Matt Emery and Jason Fan for welcoming everyone in the room and setting the stage for such great conversations. And thank you to all the thoughtful, candid, and ambitious people who made this exclusive event so special. It's leaders like you who are shaping the future of benefits, and we're honored to have had you at our table.
