    A Friend told me yesterday 18% of their company just got laid off (and no, its not Meta). Its a larger company which did not hit the mainstream news, but its just 1 of so many which are #laying off good people. Some of those people will land in another role within a couple weeks. Awesome! Others, especially those who haven't had to look for a job in 5, 10, or even 15 years, will take a couple weeks just to process this life-altering event before dipping their toes into the job market. It could be months before they land a new role.   • #SundayThoughts - Job Hunting sucks. It really does. And unless you have "been there and done that", its difficult to empathize with those currently looking for a job. We here at Jobby CRM have been there and done that. We get it. What keeps you pressing forward? For many its the promise (and hope) of a better future.
