The LiteLLM supply chain attack compromised the most widely used LLM proxy on PyPI for three hours. At ~100M downloads/month, that's a significant blast radius. The AI proxy layer holds every API key and routes every model call. A compromised proxy isn't a vulnerability. It's a skeleton key to your entire AI environment. AI-Hub was never exposed.
