This unit supports and interacts with the President's Interagency Trade Enforcement Center.

In Singapore, he attended Asia Tech x Singapore 2026 where he participated in a panel to promote the American AI Exports Program and met with trade partner countries at the conference. In Manila, Philippines, he met with government officials and industry stakeholders to discuss U.S. efforts to expand cooperation on cybersecurity, export the U.S. AI stack, and strengthen digital trade. While in Manila leading up to Memorial Day, DAS Guidera visited the Manila American Cemetery, where he honored America’s brave military members for their service and sacrifice.
