About us

At Integra Accounts, we take responsibility for the parts of finance most firms quietly struggle to manage. Founded by a Big 4–trained auditor with global experience across PwC and EY, Integra was built to deliver disciplined, audit-first accounting for growing businesses. We focus on the fundamentals that keep organisations stable: clean books, predictable month-end closes, audit readiness, and financial processes that work without last-minute heroics. Our approach is deliberately practical. We don’t sell dashboards for broken data or outsource chaos elsewhere. We embed experienced operators who understand accounting end to end, from bookkeeping and reconciliations to audits and operational finance, and bring structure where things have drifted over time. What clients value most is clarity: · Month-end that closes on time · Audits that don’t feel like emergencies · Financial data leadership can actually rely on Integra Accounts exists to make finance boring again in the best possible way.

  • The CPA calendar does not have an off-season. Tax season ends and extension season starts. Q2 closes and mid-year reviews begin. Business clients need reports. International filers need filings. And somewhere in between a managing partner is supposed to find time to actually grow the firm. The firms that manage this well have one thing in common. The back-office layer runs without the partner in the loop for routine delivery. Reconciliations come in clean. Extension prep arrives complete. Month-end close runs on schedule without someone chasing it. The partner shows up to review. Not to fix. That is the difference between a delivery partner and a team that creates more work than it saves. #CPAFirm #TaxExtension #CPA #PublicAccounting #AccountingOutsourcing #Q2

  • Eight months ago, CTI Global Logistics placed their trust in us to manage the finance functions for three of their entities.   That trust means everything to us.    This week, we had the pleasure of hosting Satin Debi Tewari, their CFO, at our office. It was a wonderful opportunity to sit together, reflect on the journey so far, and talk about where we are headed.   When a client flies in to meet you in person, it tells you something. It tells you the relationship is real.   We do not just handle numbers. We take on the responsibility of keeping a business financially sound so the people running it can focus on what they do best - clean books, timely reporting, and a finance function that works quietly and reliably.   Proud of what we have built together, and grateful for the trust Satin and the team continue to place in us.   Here is to many more years of doing great work together.    #OutsourcedFinance #FinanceFunction #Accounting #IntegraAccounts #ClientRelationships #FreightForwarding #BusinessGrowth

  • Anyone can produce books that pass. The standard we work to at Integra is different. It is not what passes a routine review. It is what holds when an auditor looks closely, when an investor asks detailed questions, when the CFO needs numbers they can actually rely on in a board meeting. Big 4 training does not just teach you how to close books. It teaches you what breaks under pressure and how to make sure it does not. That is the difference between audit-ready finance operations and everything else. #BigFour #AuditReady #FinanceOperations #AccountingQuality #IntegraAccounts #KaranBadani

  • Nobody panics about a deadline in January. It's just a date. You know it's coming. The team knows it's coming. There's time. And then March arrives. Suddenly, the reconciliations that were "almost done" aren't. The month-end that got pushed during the busy quarter was never properly closed. There's an expense sitting in a holding account that three different people assumed someone else had sorted. The deadline didn't create any of this. It just stopped letting you look away. I think about the finance teams I've worked with over the years. None of them fell behind because they were careless. Most of them were working harder than anyone else in the building. They fell behind because the structure wasn't there to hold things together when life got in the way. And life always gets in the way. A key person leaves at the worst time. A client crisis pulls everyone onto something urgent. One quiet Friday of deferred work turns into a habit nobody named. By the time the deadline lands, you're not really racing the calendar. You're racing the version of events you thought was true. That's the gap that costs you - not just in late nights and scrambled filings, but in decisions made on numbers that weren't quite right. In conversations with investors or boards where you had less certainty than the room deserved. Clean books don't make deadlines disappear. They just make them boring again. Which is exactly where they should be. That's what we built Integra for. #AccountingSystems #MonthEndClose #FinanceOperations #IntegraAccounts #AuditReady #FinancialClarity #CFO #BusinessOwners

  • Why us?” is usually answered with buzzwords. We prefer fundamentals. Firms don’t switch to Integra Accounts because we promise speed or scale. They switch because they want control. Control over reconciliations. Control over month-end. Control over documentation before audit pressure builds Our model is simple by design: • Audit-first delivery • Defined ownership on every file • Structured review layers • Processes built to withstand scrutiny No heroics. No noise. No dependency on panic to meet deadlines. When finance is built properly, it becomes predictable. And predictable finance builds stable businesses. That’s why firms choose Integra Accounts. #IntegraAccounts #AuditReady #FinanceOperations #AccountingLeadership #OperationalDiscipline

  • Finance doesn’t become unstable overnight. It drifts quietly. A reconciliation left unreviewed. A month-end close pushed a few days. Documentation that “we’ll organise later.” Individually, these don’t seem urgent. Together, they create audit pressure, reporting gaps, and unnecessary stress. At Integra Accounts, we focus on the fundamentals that keep organisations steady: • Fully owned reconciliations • Predictable, disciplined month-end closes • Documentation that holds up under scrutiny Strong finance isn’t built on heroics. It’s built on consistency. When the basics are done properly, finance becomes boring in the best possible way. #IntegraAccounts #AuditReady #FinanceOperations #AccountingLeadership #OperationalDiscipline

  • Outsourcing breaks down for one simple reason: Teams are hired globally, but expectations stay vague. Global talent alone doesn’t guarantee results. What does? Clear standards, defined ownership, and processes that reflect how firms actually operate in the US, UK, and Canada. When those systems are missing, geography becomes a risk. When they’re in place, geography disappears. At Integra Accounts, the work is designed to meet local expectations first accuracy, timelines, documentation, and accountability so global teams feel dependable, not distant. That’s when outsourcing starts working the way it should. #AccountingOutsourcing #GlobalTeams #FinanceOperations #ProfessionalServices #OperationalExcellence

  • Bridging global talent isn’t about volume. It’s about precision, training, and accountability. At Integra Accounts, the focus is simple: build finance teams that work at Big-4 standards while integrating seamlessly into how firms in the US, UK, and Canada actually operate. When systems are clear and people are well-prepared, outsourcing stops feeling external. It starts feeling dependable. That’s the difference precision makes.

  • Integra Accounts reposted this

I’ve spent years moving across markets Europe, the UK, the Middle East, the US inside audit rooms, client offices, late-night closes, and “just one more review” conversations. Different cities. Different firms. Same patterns. The problems weren’t intelligence or effort. They were always operational. Unowned reconciliations. Processes held together by memory. Teams firefighting issues that should never have reached deadline week. At some point, stepping away from the noise gave me clarity. I realised the work I care about most isn’t strategy decks or hero moments — it’s the unglamorous, critical layer underneath: clean handoffs, predictable closes, controlled filings, and systems that don’t rely on panic to function. That clarity is what led me to start Integra Accounts. Not to “disrupt” accounting. Not to sell hustle dressed up as efficiency. But to build an audit-first, delivery-owned model where the basics are done properly every month, every file, every time. If your books still feel heavier than they should, or month-end feels like something to survive rather than trust, you’re not alone. This is just the beginning and I’m glad to finally build this the right way. — Karan #integraaccounts #accounting
