🎓 Six months. One incredible journey. Countless moments of growth. Our mentorship program has officially come to an end, and we're celebrating everything this community has accomplished together. 💜 June was all about reflection, confidence, and looking ahead. 🌱 During our Closing Reflection: Celebrating Growth and Planning Ahead session, Liene Klavina guided mentors and mentees in celebrating their achievements, reflecting on their growth, and planning the next steps beyond the program. ✨ We also came together for the #IAmRemarkable Workshop, led by Oksana Tatarina , helping participants recognize their achievements, overcome self-doubt, and practice speaking confidently about their successes. Sometimes the most important skill is learning to say, "I am remarkable." ❤️ 🎉 And finally, we gathered for our Graduation Event - bringing mentors, mentees, partners, and the Riga TechGirls community together to celebrate six months of learning, connection, and growth. It was an evening full of inspiring stories, heartfelt conversations, laughter, and well-deserved recognition. Seeing how far everyone has come reminded us why mentorship matters. Over the past six months, participants have built confidence, expanded their networks, explored new career opportunities, and taken meaningful steps toward their goals - all with the support of mentors who generously shared their experience, encouragement, and time. 💛 To every mentor: thank you for believing in your mentees, asking thoughtful questions, sharing your knowledge, and creating a space where growth could happen. 🌱 To every mentee: thank you for showing up with curiosity, commitment, and courage. Graduation isn't the end, it's the beginning of your next chapter. 👏 And to the Riga TechGirls team - thank you for making this journey possible every step of the way.
