🚀 More than 90 #UGD students developed their entrepreneurial skills through the IMPACTWHEEL project. On 14 and 15 May 2026, University "Goce Delcev" at Stip organised a two-day entrepreneurship training within the framework of the IMPACTWHEEL project, which was attended by students from the Faculty of Medical Sciences, the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, students were introduced to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and the VCW - Value Creation Wheel methodology, developing skills for innovative thinking, teamwork, and decision-making. A special part of the program was the guest lecture by Dr. Saško Nikolov, who shared his professional experience and motivated the students to believe in their ideas and turn them into real opportunities. 👉 Through such initiatives, UGD creates an environment in which students acquire practical knowledge, develop innovative mindsets, and prepare for the challenges of today's labor market. 🚀 Повеќе од 90 студенти на #УГД ги развиваа своите претприемачки вештини преку проектот IMPACTWHEEL. На 14 и 15 мај 2026 година, Универзитетот „Гоце Делчев“ – Штип организираше дводневна обука за претприемништво во рамки на проектот IMPACTWHEEL, на која учествуваа студенти од Факултетот за медицински науки, Економскиот факултет и Факултетот за природни и технички науки. Преку интерактивни работилници, дискусии и практични активности, студентите се запознаа со основите на претприемништвото и VCW методологијата, развивајќи вештини за иновативно размислување, тимска работа и донесување одлуки. ONE YEAR OF IMPACTWHEEL Across 7 European Countries 🇪🇺 In the AI era, ideas are becoming increasingly abundant. The real challenge is no longer generating ideas, but deciding which ones truly deserve alignment, commitment, and resources. This is precisely where the VCW - Value Creation Wheel becomes increasingly relevant: helping organisations and stakeholders transform idea abundance into higher-quality, aligned, and actionable decisions. One example is the IMPACTWHEEL EU Project, which places the VCW methodology at the heart of its approach to innovation, collaboration, and impact creation across Europe. During the first year of the IMPACTWHEEL project: - more than 500 students participated in activities; - over 80 teaching staff were involved; - more than 80 non-teaching staff contributed; - and over 100 participants received mentoring support. All of this took place across 7 European countries, reinforcing the growing importance of structured decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and collective intelligence in complex environments. Excited to see the impact that the next phases of IMPACTWHEEL will generate across Europe.

In the upcoming period, processes for 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 will be established to ensure the quality and sustainability of project results. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗣𝗵𝗗 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 will be organized and delivered, aiming to develop entrepreneurial skills and encourage innovative thinking. The project continues to embed entrepreneurial practices in higher education institutions through 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗼𝗿𝘀/𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 programs and knowledge-sharing platforms, while strengthening connections with 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀.
