Grateful and happy to share that our book chapter titled “Silver Lining of Adversity: Role of Gratitude” has been published in the book “Exploring Body-Mind Interactions and Their Impact on Well-Being: Holistic Practices.” The book is published by IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Sincere thanks for giving us the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful volume. The idea behind this chapter comes from a simple yet powerful thought that every cloud has a silver lining. While traumatic or adverse life experiences can leave lasting effects, many individuals also experience personal growth in the aftermath. This positive transformation is often referred to as adversarial growth. In this study, we explored how gratitude can play a meaningful role in fostering such growth, especially among individuals who have experienced chronic illness in India.
