With over a decade in fabrication, Nicki brings hands-on experience in motion capture set building, where creativity meets technical precision. One standout highlight from their career includes building for Red Dead Redemption with Rockstar Games and finding inventive ways to create period-accurate sets while working within the unique constraints of motion capture technology. Nicki is driven by collaboration and learning from the talented people around them, and they’re especially excited about creating immersive, interactive environments that bring stories to life. Their passion for imaginative world-building even extends to dream projects, such as crafting sets for Doctor Who. We’re thrilled to have Nicki’s blend of build expertise, client-focused management, and creative energy on the team. Welcome aboard!

This season, SCADstory has been honored across the industry — earning a Brand Impact Award (Bronze – Experiential), three MUSE Awards (Gold in Education, Immersive Brand Experience, and Exhibition Experience), four Drum Awards (including the prestigious President’s Award for Excellence), and even a Hollywood Music in Media Award nomination for its original score. It’s an honor to have helped bring this groundbreaking, immersive experience to life — and the celebration isn’t over yet. We are deeply saddened by the passing of our Vice President of Sales, Steve Bruha. A true leader in the tradeshow industry, Steve brought more than 40 years of experience, insight, and passion to every project he touched. He believed wholeheartedly that the customer was the center of the universe and lived that value every day, shaping how we serve our partners and how we support one another as a team. Steve was a mentor to many and a trusted friend to those who worked alongside him. He was consistently thorough and prepared, well known for his team dedication and work ethic. He challenged people to do their best in a thoughtful, guiding way, while helping colleagues grow through partnership and collaboration. Across tradeshows, exhibitions, and installations, Steve was a steady force. He could navigate complex situations with grace and confidence. Those who knew him admired his judgment and candor, along with the unwavering support he offered his team and organization throughout his career. Steve’s stories, his guidance, and his steady presence left a lasting impact on our organization and on countless friends and partners throughout the industry. He will be profoundly missed, but his legacy of leadership, kindness, and commitment will continue to guide us.

For this part of the project, we dreamed up a space that immerses you in the daily life of a sailor at sea, a world we called Pirates’ Provisions. ⚓️ The design celebrates everything eccentric, eclectic, and exotic that a pirate might collect on their villainous adventures. Every corner holds a story, from towering cannon displays to hand-painted signs, custom maps, and provisions fit for the voyage ahead. Step inside this vibrant nook at Pirates Voyage and you’ll find a treasure trove of details waiting to be discovered. 🏴☠️

Since the 1920s, Zeiss projectors have set the standard for planetarium technology, inspiring generations to explore the stars. The Mark V, introduced in 1966, became one of the most iconic models of its time; projecting breathtakingly accurate night skies and shaping how audiences experienced astronomy around the world. ID3 Group was honored to work alongside Fernbank Museum of Natural History Science Center to preserve this historic piece of astronomical storytelling, now housed proudly at their center.
