Over the last few months, our customers have been pretty candid with their feedback. And honestly, we love it, because it helps us make HubSpot better. In this video, I react to some of the most common things we heard and walk through what we changed as a result. Here’s the scoop: 1. We expanded enrichment coverage and removed restrictions that blocked enrichment on incomplete records 2. We improved answer quality in Customer Agent 3.
