✈️ Travel has changed and so have traveler expectations. Disruptions are no longer rare events. Delays, cancellations and uncertainty have become part of the modern travel experience. Our latest HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions) research, conducted with 1,000+ U.S travelers in partnership with Opinium, found that flexibility is no longer viewed as an optional add-on - it’s becoming a deciding factor in how travelers choose brands. 💡 Key findings from report: - 89% of travelers are concerned about delays or cancellations ahead of upcoming trips - 84% say flight flexibility matters for their next trip - 63% would be more likely to book with a brand offering Disruption Assistance - 60% would add Cancel for Any Reason at booking — rising to 90% among the most frequent flyers - 87% say hotel booking flexibility is important The message from travelers is clear: ✔️They are willing to pay for certainty, control and faster resolution when plans change. ✔️ For airlines, hotels, OTAs, financial institutions and travel brands, flexibility is evolving from an ancillary into a competitive advantage — driving conversion, loyalty and incremental margin. 👉 For the latest insights, download the full report: https://lnkd.in/egRrjuui
