While organizations look outside their current talent pool, employees largely feel the talent is available from within, according to the new Skills Visibility Report from TalentLMS. Key findings from the report include: 💼75% of managers report that their team’s skills are fully utilized; but 💼49% of employees report that their company underutilizes their skills; and 💼40% of employees say it’d be easier to find a new job than move internally.
