    It’s encouraging to see continued focus on the practical application of the 70-20-10 development framework. A recent article from HRDQ highlights how experiential learning, feedback, and real-world challenges remain central to how leaders actually grow, not just how development is designed on paper. This perspective is especially meaningful to us. Our founders were among the researchers whose work at the Center for Creative Leadership helped shape what later became widely known as the 70-20-10 model, first shared in *Lessons of Experience*.
