Did you know? Hidden Villa's connection to the farm workers' movement is real and significant. In 1965, founders Frank and Josephine Duveneck opened this land to the National Farm Workers' Movement, providing a space for Dolores Huerta and farm laborers to organize what would become the first strike of California grape pickers. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) registration is open now! From strawberries to kale to seasonal blooms, every share supports our farm and helps feed neighbors in need through our partnership with Community Services Agency of Mountain View, a relationship we've proudly held since 2006. Last year alone, that partnership amounted to $17,175 worth of donated fresh produce. Community Supported Agriculture Returns! Fresh from our fields to your table! Registration for our 2026 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program opens tomorrow! CSA is a way to support local farming by subscribing to a weekly share of whatever's fresh and in season from mid-May through October. Our basket shares are packed with certified organic produce grown right here at Hidden Villa. Single shares feed 2–4 people; double shares feed 6–8. On June 13, 2026, Hidden Villa will host Outstanding in the Field — the acclaimed traveling dining experience that has been setting its long table at remarkable landscapes around the world since 1999. For one evening, our 1,600-acre regenerative farm in Los Altos Hills becomes the backdrop for a multi-course feast prepared by Guest Chef Greg Kuzia-Carmel of Camper, with ingredients sourced directly from our CSA and local producers who nourish this community every season. This is what we believe in at Hidden Villa — that when people gather around food grown from healthy land, something shifts. Connections deepen. Stories get told. The distance between a plate and the earth that produced it disappears. The Rotary Club of Cupertino and Hidden Villa invites you to participate in our 33rd Annual Golf Classic, taking place on May 9, 2026 at Deep Cliff Golf Course in Cupertino. This charity tournament supports Hidden Villa, a remarkable educational nonprofit spanning over 1,600 acres of open space in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Hidden Villa provides immersive outdoor education programs focused on food, nature, and environmental stewardship, helping students and communities connect with the land and sustainable living. The event is designed to be a fun and engaging day for golfers of all skill levels. Participants will enjoy a variety of on-course contests and activities, including:  Putting Contest  Yellow Ball Contest  Proximity Hole Challenges  Longest Drive Competition With nearly half of all golfers winning a prize, everyone has a great chance to take something home. Throughout the day, golfers will also enjoy food, drinks, photos on the course, and a hosted dinner following the tournament. I just completed my first Zee’s Bees installation in the Education Garden at Hidden Villa! It’s currently just sugarcane straws, but I will be slotting in redwood with drilled holes for other types of bees in the coming weeks! Thanks to Sofía Pablo-Hoshino for helping me coordinate the installation!

Join our farm volunteer program and spend your Wednesday or Saturday mornings (9:30am–12:30pm) learning organic farming alongside our expert farmers. Every session is real, hands-on work that directly feeds our community. And every Wednesday at 12:30pm, we gather for a potluck lunch with the farm team — because good food is better shared.
