    The first wave of workplace automation was about removing rote tasks. - Data entry. - Scheduling. - Report generation. - Workflow routing. - Basic customer inquiries. The goal was efficiency: let machines handle repetitive work so people could spend more time on higher-value activities. But the next wave is much bigger. AI is no longer just automating what people do repeatedly. It is beginning to amplify what people can think through, discover, communicate, and accomplish individually. - An individual can now research an industry faster. - Analyze complex information more deeply. - Identify patterns they might have missed. - Develop stronger ideas. - Create better content. - Reach the right people with more relevance and context. This is not just automation. It is cognitive leverage. For organizations, AI makes it possible to do more with fewer resources. For individuals, the same technology can make it possible to compete, create, discover, and connect at a scale that was previously out of reach.     Just shipped v2.0.8 of Junior! We are constantly working to make your LinkedIn engagement smarter and more targeted. Here is what is new in this release: - Advanced Search Filters: You can now narrow down your automation by Industry, Author Industry, and specific Companies. Want to only engage with posts mentioning specific companies or by authors in the Recruiting space? You got it. - Save Settings: A huge quality-of-life improvement. You can now save your search terms, filters, and profile fields for your next launch without having to start an automation run immediately. Honestly, what blows my mind the most is how fast we are able to build, test, and ship these updates! Thanks to AI coding assistants, the gap between having an idea and pushing it to production has shrunk from weeks to literally hours. Rapid iteration is the new normal, and it makes building software incredibly fun and efficient! Remember existing Junior users- if Junior is running, close then reopen and wait for the autoinstaller to indicate there is a new release, then just let the autoinstaller run.
