Senior B2B marketers in the room were clear: governance done well doesn't slow you down. It's what gives you the confidence to move fast without the risk. It ensures your outputs are trustworthy, your brand equity is protected, and your AI use is credible — internally and in market. But that's far from all we spoke about: 1️⃣ AI's problem is not one of adoption, it's more one of competency. Most people have access to AI tools. Far fewer know what genuinely good looks like — or how to build the skills to get there. 2️⃣ Stop chasing tools. The smarter conversation starts with the business challenge you're trying to solve, then works backwards to the tools, talent and partners that can deliver it. 3️⃣ The junior talent question is urgent. If entry-level roles continue to shrink, who develops into the senior marketers who know what good looks like? That pipeline matters. Education is more than a classroom. For the Toto community in Totopara, near the India–Bhutan border, it’s about preserving language, culture and self-sufficiency. Last year, in 2025, we were proud to support the Chittaranjan Toto Memorial Education Centre — the only school in the world that teaches the Toto language — by helping fund secure fencing, a new classroom and laptops for digital learning.
