This month, our Heartland family came together in so many meaningful ways — and we couldn’t be prouder. We Shared a Coke with incredible displays across the market, showcasing our team’s creativity and passion. We celebrated the heart of our operations — our amazing Administrative Professionals — on their special day. We rolled up our sleeves for Earth Day, giving back to our communities through clean-up efforts across our territory. We said heartfelt goodbyes to some of our longtime team members and gave a warm welcome to new faces joining the Heartland family. We celebrated, collaborated, and connected at events that brought inspiration, laughter, and fellowship to our teams. And we proudly recognized employees going above and beyond for safety, always looking out for one another. April was packed with purpose, pride, and people who make a difference. Today we hosted an Interfaith Prayer Meeting—a gathering of reflection, unity, and shared faith. Leaders from various traditions offered prayers from their faiths, and together, we created a space where all beliefs were welcomed and respected.
