  • We are incredibly proud to share that our own VP of Commercial Strategy Cleo Haynal (far left) was invited to the exclusive VIP Innovators’ Lunch at last week’s The Washington Post 2025 Global Women’s Summit. Cleo joined a select group of leaders to tackle some of the most complex challenges facing our world today—from the rapid evolution of AI and health to the critical intersection of energy and policy. For those who work with Cleo, this comes as no surprise. She has long been out front, forging the kinds of strategic partnerships that shape the future. Her ability to navigate the edge of innovation is exactly why she is such a vital leader for our team. It is inspiring to see HavocAI represented at the table where these global decisions are being discussed. Congratulations, Cleo! #Leadership #Innovation #GlobalWomensSummit #AI #CommercialStrategy #WomenInLeadership #Autonomy

  • A great article that spells out our huge SAIC partnership, as well as many of HavocAI's recent moves to deliver massive fully-autonomous, problem solving fleets warfighters can use today. There's a hint about another big partnership announcement in there, too. Havoc is *the* choice for collaborative autonomy.

Between raising $85M in October and inking deals with some big-time defense players, it’s been a whirlwind of a fall for HavocAI. The Rhode Island-based maritime autonomy startup kept things hot, announcing a partnership with SAIC to integrate the defense software mega-contractor’s Joint Range Extension (JRE) multi-domain communications and data system with Havoc’s fleet of unmanned surface vessels (USVs). https://lnkd.in/eh93m-4k

  • Our partnership with SAIC gets to the heart of Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2). It is far beyond announcing a new vessel or a new shipyard. This is how joint and allied forces establish global decision dominance and close kill chains faster than any enemy. HavocAI autonomy will be integrated with SAIC’s Joint Range Extension – the real-time, multi-domain communications and data backbone of joint interoperability. The integration potentially connects huge, heterogeneous fleets of autonomous sensors, lethal platforms, and command and control systems to the systems of all military services and allies seamlessly and instantaneously. This is the fundamental capability required to realize JADC2. Our ability to blanket the maritime domain with globally-networked, problem-solving autonomous sensors, shooters, and C2 nodes provides instant intelligence and response anywhere in the world. Closing kill chains at machine speed – that’s how joint and allied forces deny and deter in the world’s oceans. It’s the thing that turns the ever-growing list of autonomous systems into the human-machine integrated capability at the center of future warfighting concepts. Havoc is proud to be the autonomy SAIC chose to deliver on this critical capability. It’s how real autonomy tilts the balance toward our warfighters right now. Havoc Wins xTech Overwatch … with UAVs. Out of 640 applicants, Havoc was selected as one of only 20 winners. And we didn’t win with boats. We won by proving that our collaborative autonomy stack works anywhere. We deployed HavocOS on UAVs and demonstrated how a single operator can monitor, command, and retask swarms of autonomous aircraft to search, escort, and engage. It was the exact same autonomy and C2 system that powers our maritime vessels. The best validation came from the Soldiers themselves. They rated Havoc “Superior” in all 15 evaluation areas. Their feedback was clear: the system is intuitive, fast to learn, highly reliable, and reduces workload once missions begin. Soldiers need this capability in their units. This is the future of modern mission command. Real autonomy. Real scale. Real warfighting impact. Air, land, or sea… Havoc just works. Huge thanks to Army Applications Laboratory, U.S. Army Transformation and Training Command, Army xTech, 1st Cavalry Division, U.S. Army for hosting a world-class competition and for the opportunity to demonstrate technology Soldiers can use today to offload risk and preserve combat power. Not bad for a company that started in the water. And if you thought this was big, wait until Wednesday. #autonomy #maritimeautonomy #ASV #defensetech #USV #dualuse

  • We honor veterans today, and every day, through our unrelenting focus on the success and the safety of warfighters. Veterans at HavocAI use hard-won operational experience to inspire and drive our team to imagine, then invent, technology that solves real battlefield problems at the speed those problems evolve -- or faster. It's the single reason the company was founded. Across defense tech, the discipline, leadership, and mission focus of men and women who continue to serve are America's real asymmetric advantage. It's the way veterans collectively uphold the duty to protect and defend long after they wear the uniform for the last time. Thank you, veterans. #veteransday #defensetech #autonomy #maritimeautonomy #ASV

HavocAI’s Chief Revenue Officer Tom Foldesi talks about the potential of game-changing maritime autonomy in the European theater this Thursday at Tectonic’s European Defense Summit. Tom appears on the panel “Autonomy at Sea: The Power of Maritime Drones in Europe” with Kraken Technology Group’s Erica Dill-Russell (UK) and Pieter-Jan Note of MAHI (Belgium), moderated by Tectonic’s Erin O'Brien. It’s this Thursday from 1-130p. If you’re in Paris, don’t miss it! View the full agenda here: https://lnkd.in/gPnqsvJ2 #autonomy #maritimeautonomy #ASV #defensetech

  • HavocAI has many vessel types from multiple boat makers running our autonomy stack right now. Here are three, in the Pacific this week: Rampage, 42' Kaikoa, and the 42' Kaikoa flat top. The collaborative stack they're running fills the gap between maritime operations of the past and how these platforms will execute human intent at machine speed -- mandatory for modern conflict. Collaborative autonomy creates the mass, coordination, and resilience to deter, delay, and deny adversaries. It meaningfully reduces the ratio of operators to platforms and the cognitive load on those operators. Warfighters are depending on collaborative autonomy to close kill chains faster than enemies, enable decision dominance, and allow them to command asymmetric mass with a single operator at the push of a button. It will save their lives. Havoc autonomy does all this and more. And we're proving it somewhere in the world every day. Real autonomy. Right now. Let's go. #ASV #autonomy #maritimeautonomy #defensetech #dualuse

Collaborative autonomy is the maritime force multiplier. HavocAI builds self-organizing, problem-solving teams of vessels that can be tasked in the thousands by a single operator to accomplish any maritime mission from port security to theater sustainment. That's capability. Collaborative autonomy is what fills the scale, safety, and security gaps. There are 850 boat builders operating in the United States. Havoc can turn boats from any of those builders, blending what they do best, into fleets that execute human intent at machine speed. Tom Foldesi and Cleo Haynal led the team demonstrating our port security and commercial applications suite, where Havoc fleets executed area surveillance, vessel escort with engagement of an intruder vessel, blockade, real collision avoidance, and more. It's real autonomy, and it's available right now. But not from 850 builders. Just one. #autonomy #maritimeautonomy #ASV #Rampage #dualuse #defensetech

Scale, speed, world-class software and hardware: it's not new robots, it's an entire suite of capabilities that observe, orient, decide, and act with superior platforms and payloads faster than adversaries. This is the partnership that closes the gap for the warfighter.
