Another class is underway at our Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship Program (MTAP)! 🛠️ A new group of apprentices just kicked off at our training facility in Ohio. Over the next 10 weeks, they'll build hands-on skills and the foundation for a career in multifamily maintenance.
