We did it again! I’m proud to share yet another successful product collaboration I created for Momofuku X Good Eggs. From concept to market in a matter of weeks, this launch shows what can happen when talented people (that love food!) come together. The new Momofuku Korean BBQ Steak & Quinoa Bowl and Momofuku Marinated Tofu & Banchan Bowl are filling, protein packed, and darn delicious! I wanted to launch these bowls in December knowing this is EXACTLY the time of year when life gets hectic, we forget to prioritize our own health and mindful eating. These protein bowls are the perfect way to stay on track! Megan Baggott – I loved creating these images with you. We do great work together! Thanks as well to the marketing dream team at Momofuku. That’s a wrap on a successful Thanksgiving holiday for Good Eggs! I refreshed this product line of Gourmet Premade Thanksgiving Meals for Good Eggs, which made hundreds of hungry families very happy last week. This project has been a labor of love as I had the opportunity to revamp old recipes, refresh our menus, and collaborate with our fantastic marketing team to rebrand these delicious meal kits. A huge thank you to Samia Naciri for trusting me to lead this project — what a rewarding experience that helped families have a wonderful holiday! I also want to extend my gratitude to photographer Megan Baggott – I’ve learned so much working alongside you!
