We have been embedded with a Fortune 100 grocer, helping move their data platform onto Databricks at enterprise scale. That engagement is what brought our Databricks practice to a place where the partnership made sense. Through the relationship, we will continue focusing on the parts of Databricks adoption that get glossed over in vendor decks: cloud-native data delivery, legacy data platform migration, and the production scaffolding underneath. You would be sourcing IT talent across software engineering, data engineering, cloud and DevOps, and cybersecurity, and submitting candidates through programs like Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, and Coupa. The environment to expect: req loads run heavy, submission windows are tight, and candidate quality carries the same weight as speed. Our team is smaller and specialist. Plenty of Medicaid plans still run a mobile app on one side and a member portal on the other. Each with its own bugs, gaps, and release cycle. Members have to choose which one to trust. We worked with one of the largest Medicaid managed care organizations in the United States to consolidate those two surfaces into a single React Remix progressive web application. One codebase. Phone, tablet, and desktop. The architecture decision that mattered: Application Version Support. A PWA plus a feature-flag layer that lets different member cohorts run different feature sets at the same time. No app store version gates.
