Clarify now has Roles & Permissions - available to all customers. Starting today, only admins can access billing, delete workspaces, generate API keys, invite or remove users, and modify user roles. New users default to member-level access. Admins can grant or adjust permissions as the team grows. All existing Clarify users have been given admin access. If you want to downgrade users to members, you can do that now in Settings → Members. This is the first step in our permissions rollout. More to come on this. Ready to set up your team's access? Our CEO, Patrick Thompson, recently posted that we don't have product managers. 150 people had thoughts about it. This week, he explains why — and addresses the pushback head-on. It's not anti-PM. It's a conscious bet on customer proximity over process. The fewer people between a customer's problem and the person who can solve it, the better the product gets.
