    Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the opportunity to share our learnings about the future of sports fandom and have some great conversations at two amazing conferences iicon - with Phillip Waller, Thomas Wehner, Lisa (Giovanzana) Willett and moderator Chris Morris   WorldBuilder Summit - with Jimmy Baratta and moderator Matt Craig We dug into the FIFA x Gamefam partnership on Roblox: how it came to be and how global football fandom is being sparked from interactive experiences. We also unpacked adidas’ activations in FIFA Super Soccer and what’s actually driving engagement and brand love. The opportunity is clear: millions of sports fans (and millions of potential soon-to-be fans), hours of engagement - brands just need to meet them on Roblox in authentic and meaningful ways.   • The top 2 official sports games are popping off on Roblox - but the rest? Not everyone is a winner. Looking at the first three months of 2026: 🥇 Gamefam and FIFA’s FIFA Super Soccer ruled the leaderboard with 120M+ visits 🥈 National Football League (NFL) Universe Football followed at 87M  📉 Games #3 - #10? Didn’t even cross 12M (combined!) So, why does the FIFA game work - while most others don’t? 1️⃣ MOMEMTUM Instead of building an audience from scratch, FIFA Super Soccer was built on Gamefam’s existing massive sports game (Super League Soccer) that already had scale, community, and daily engagement - then we rebuilt and elevated it. 2️⃣ LIVE SERVICE, DONE RIGHT Evolving alongside player expectations, FIFA Super Soccer is an always-on game with constant updates, upgrades, and events - something that Gamefam’s live-service team has mastered, turning consistency into sustained growth.  FIFA Super Soccer saw ~136% YoY increase in average Q1 visits - because of a combination of the right gameplay updates and the right official content from FIFA and other soccer IP partners. 3️⃣ TIED TO IRL SOCCER As the official home of FIFA for Gen Z & Alpha, the game celebrates key events in real-world soccer in a uniquely and authentically Robloxian way.     Our next employee spotlight is on Tim Van Gijsel, a Producer on the Gamefam team! Get to know Tim: 🦔 Favorite Gamefam Game: Sonic Speed Simulator 🤯 Fun Fact: Before Tim started making games, he met a well-known developer. Later, by pure coincidence, they ended up in the same class at school, which is when he learned all about game development from his new friend. And the rest is history! 🚲 Hobbies: Cycling, Game Development, Gaming with Friends 👨💻 Tim's favorite part about working at Gamefam, in his own words: "My favorite part about working at Gamefam is collaborating with a team that’s just as driven as I am to create the best possible experiences.
