  • When your company swag accidentally matches the most entertaining team in baseball... Fringe sunglasses showed up to a Savannah Bananas game and fit right in. Robert Salaga noticed our yellow was a little too perfect and brought a pair to the park. Next thing you know, they're on the Savannah Bananas' official Instagram story featuring Jackson Olson, right in the middle of the action. Thanks for repping Fringe, Robert. And congrats to Jackson Olson on Dancing with the Stars -- we'll be watching in our matching sunnies. #EmployeeBenefits #FringePerks #SavannahBananas #DancingWithTheStars

  • This made our Wednesday. 🧡 Huge thanks to Lunch Pail Ventures for this incredible shoutout, and for seeing what we've been building at Fringe from the very beginning. It all started with a freshman-year friendship at Virginia Tech. Three Hokies with a shared belief that work could actually be better. That people deserved real choice, real recognition, and to be treated like humans, not headcount. Ut Prosim wasn't just a motto we heard on campus, it shaped how we think about this company every single day. Shoutout to Jordan Peace, Chris Luhrman, and Isaiah Goodall for turning a college friendship into something that now serves over 900,000 employees across 60+ countries. Not bad for a few guys from Blacksburg. And to every Hokie-built company out there: keep going. The best ideas come from people who actually care. #Hokies #VirginialTech #UtProsim #EmployeeExperience #Fringe #FounderSpotlight

Founder Spotlight 💡 Meet Fringe: The Employee Experience Platform, built by Hokies. What started as a freshman-year friendship at Virginia Tech turned into one of the most people-first companies in the employee experience space. '07 Hokie grads Jordan Peace (CEO), Chris Luhrman (COO), and Isaiah Goodall (Head of Strategic Partnerships) co-founded Fringe, a Richmond, VA-based employee experience platform that consolidates recognition, rewards, challenges, swag, and gifting into one place. Instead of juggling a dozen point solutions, companies get a single platform that actually connects with employees, wherever they are and whatever motivates them. Today, Fringe serves over 900,000 employees across 60+ countries, with more than $51M spent by real humans on benefits they actually chose. "We started Fringe because we believed work could be better. Give people real choice, treat them like humans instead of resources, and something powerful happens. Virginia Tech's motto of Ut Prosim shaped that instinct in us early: show up for your people, and they'll show up for you."- Jordan Peace, CEO & Co-Founder 🔗 Learn more about what Fringe is doing >> https://www.fringe.us/ 🤝 Support and help grow the new generation of founders through the LPV Community >> https://lnkd.in/ecwMJy_u

  • Jordan's framing here is worth sitting with: there's a 40-50% utilization swing available to almost every company. The employees aren't apathetic. They're just not going to fight through friction to access something that wasn't made easy. And if wellness isn't part of the culture, it's not going to happen on its own. Low wellness utilization isn't a people problem. It's a design problem. And that's good news, because design problems are fixable. We broke this down on the blog: 👉 Your Employees Want to Be Well. You're Just Making It Too Hard: https://lnkd.in/e_BnB2mx #Wellbeing #HR #EmployeeBenefits #WorkplaceCulture #HRTech

If an employee has never opened a single wellbeing benefit you've offered, whose fault is that? Some people are just never going to use anything, no matter what. That's real. But there's a solid 40 to 50 percent of most organizations that can be moved. People who genuinely care about being well but aren't going to fight through friction to do it. That swing is available. You can get from 30% utilization to 80% or better. What it takes: the right tools. A real program strategy. And a culture where wellness isn't an extra. This is not an apathy problem. It's a fixable one. #Wellbeing #EmployeeBenefits #HR #WorkplaceCulture

  • This is why we do what we do. 💜 Our COO & Co-Founder Chris Luhrman took his dad fly fishing for his 75th birthday. He booked the Airbnb with Fringe points. Sent his mom flowers through 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. for Mother's Day. Real moments. Real life. Real people he loves. That's not a product feature. That's the whole point. Benefits shouldn't just sit in a portal collecting dust. They should show up at the dinner table, on the river, at the door with a bouquet. Fringe is built to be part of the moments that matter most. The ones that have nothing to do with work and everything to do with why people work. Mother's Day is around the corner. If your employees have Fringe, they have a way to make it memorable. 💐 And if Fringe has ever been part of a moment like this for you, we want to hear about it. #EmployeeExperience #MomentsThatMatter #PeopleFirst #OneToolHappyHumans #MothersDayIsComingSoon

One of the most exciting parts of building Fringe has nothing to do with product launches or OKRs. It's hearing how it shows up in people's real lives. This weekend I took a trip with my dad for his 75th birthday. We went fly fishing together 🎣 . It's something he used to love, and getting to share that with him for a milestone like this is something he or I will never forget. I booked the Airbnb with Fringe points. Mother's Day is right around the corner. I was able to send my mom flowers through 1-800-Flowers.com using Fringe, too. 💐 Ask me about my benefits and I'll tell you about the trip with my dad and the look on my mom's face. And that's what gets me going about what we're building. #Recognition matters. Helping employees feel seen and known by their team and their managers... that part of Fringe is something I'll never stop talking about. It's core to who we are. But there's also another layer. We get to be part of the moments that matter most in people's lives. The ones outside of work. The ones with the people they care about. A trip with your dad. Flowers for your mom. A gift for a friend going through something hard. That's real life. We're going to be sharing more of these stories because honestly, they're one of the most encouraging things about what we do. If Fringe has been part of a moment like that for you, I'd love to hear about it. #EmployeeExperience #OneToolHappyHumans #PeopleFirst #MomentsThatMatter

  • "We win with culture." Jordan says this at the end of a clip about what it feels like when employee support actually gets it right, and it's one of the most important things being said in HR right now. AI is going to level the playing field on tools, technology, and talent pipelines. Every company will have access to the same capabilities. The differentiator is going to be culture. Whether your people feel seen, valued, and like they belong somewhere they'd never want to leave. That's what we're here to help build. Not a perks platform. A culture infrastructure. See how we help build it: fringe.us #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience #HR #FutureOfWork #PeopleFirst

When support feels right, employees say things like "I can't believe this is offered at work." They feel surrounded by thoughtful, intentional offerings. Like someone really thought about them. And when they feel that, they brag about their employer to anyone who will listen. People are dating companies because they don't want to marry them. And they don't want to marry them because they don't trust them. They don't feel the love. They don't feel consistently appreciated. They don't feel seen. AI is changing everything about how we work. We'll all have the same tools. We'll all be able to build the same tech. The difference is going to be in the people. And the difference for the people is how they feel about working for you. We win with culture. #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience #Leadership #FutureOfWork

  • When your partners start evangelizing for you, you know you have built something real. Huge shoutout to Michael Polley for sitting down with Isaiah Goodall at ADP Pro Summit to talk about what ADP Connect actually represents. That conversation matters. This is not Fringe saying "look at what we built." This is ADP Ventures explaining, in their own words, what happens when a portfolio company becomes a core part of an actual ADP product. That kind of advocacy only comes from years of real partnership and showing up for each other. ADP Connect is live. Recognition and rewards powered by Fringe are inside ADP Workforce Now. Clients are already using it. None of this happens without people who believe in the long game. Grateful for every single one of them. #ADPProSummit #ADPVentures #Fringe #ADPConnect #EmployeeExperience #HRTech

  • This is what 7 years of building looks like 👏 What Isaiah Goodall shared here is a huge moment. Not just for Fringe, but for every team inside ADP Workforce Now. ADP Connect is officially rolling out. And with it, rewards and recognition powered by Fringe are now fully embedded into the employee experience. Not added on. Not sold separately. Built in. What stood out most this week was not just the announcement. It was the reaction from customers: “Wait, it’s included?” “We can use this right away?” “Oh, we’re definitely turning this on.” That’s when you know it’s real. This is what happens when product, partnership, and execution come together at scale. Years of work behind the scenes turning into something customers can actually feel and use immediately. Incredibly proud of our team and grateful for the partnership with ADP and ADP Ventures that made this possible. Next chapter starts now 🚀 #ADPProSummit #ADP #ADPVentures #Fringe #EmployeeExperience #HRTech

4 years of work just went live for thousands of ADP customers — and we got to watch the announcement in Vegas at ADP Pro Summit! ADP officially announced the rollout of ADP Connect, with rewards & recognition powered by Fringe, to all MAS WFN customers at Pro Summit in Vegas! That means every ADP WFN customer will have our rewards and recognition platform - recognition, swag, gifting, challenges, and a lifestyle marketplace -fully embedded in their ADP experience. Our booth was absolutely flooded with ADP customers after Naomi's keynote announcing the partnership and it was amazing to see their reactions first hand: "Wait, it's included for FREE?" ✅ "There's no extra charge for the swag store and challenges?" ✅ "Can managers and employees give out points?" ✅ "Will recognitions show up on ADP Mobile?" ✅ "Oh, we are definitely using this." 🎉 None of this happens without some incredible people at ADP and Fringe. Naomi E. L., - you crushed it on the main stage communicating the value of ADP Connect. Thank you for your leadership and partnership. So good to see you in Vegas! Usman Khan and Isabel Izquierdo - almost 5 years of belief, support, and partnership. We never would have gotten here without you and your leadership of ADP Ventures driving innovation across ADP. Hashim Ibrahim, Jeremiah Johnson, Ava Johnson, Lucia M., Leah McCain, Gina Bonsell, Martin Zhao, Pavithra Rajan, Amy Lohr, Vamshi Koralla, and the ADP Connect, MAS, WFN, and ADP Mobile teams - you made this launch happen. Genuinely. Joseph G. Steinrock - your belief in Fringe from the very early days made this possible. Thank you for your vision and leadership within MAS to get us here. Great seeing you in Vegas! Carl Sajous & Cameron Hom - Over 160 leads and 50+ booked demos at the booth. Enough said. 🔥 It's always a privilege getting to spend quality time with you both and getting to watch you do your thing. Happy birthday, Killa! Not a bad view for your birthday dinner :) And to the entire Fringe team - y'all are incredible. Thank you all for the hard work and dedication you put in every day. Excited for this next chapter. Let's gooo!! 🚀 #ADPProSummit #ADPVentures #HRTech #EmployeeExperience #RewardsAndRecognition

  • Jordan Peace's point here is one of the most underrated ideas in benefits strategy. The value of a benefit isn't what it costs. It's how aligned it is to what the person needs right now, and how quickly it showed up. A $50 monthly stipend someone uses for therapy during a rough month is worth more to them than a $500 annual benefit they never touch. Timing and relevance are the whole equation. We wrote more on this one: 👉The Real Value of a Benefit Has Nothing to Do With the Dollar Amount: https://lnkd.in/egmsYwrw #EmployeeBenefits #HR #EmployeeExperience #Benefits #PeopleFirst

The value of a benefit isn't its dollar amount. It's how aligned it is to what the person actually needs. And how quickly it arrived when they needed it. A 23-year-old doesn't care about your 401k match. Not because they're irresponsible. Because they can't feel 35 years of compounding in their bones. Because what they need today has nothing to do with what they'll need at 65. Benefits can't just be promises of someday. Someday when you retire, there will be money. Someday if something terrible happens, there's coverage. That's not a benefits strategy. That's a list of promises nobody's getting excited about. If you want employees excited about what you're offering, the benefits have to be relevant. And they have to be now. #EmployeeBenefits #HR #EmployeeExperience #Benefits

This is the future of employee experience. And it is happening right now! What Naomi E. L. shared here is exactly why this moment matters so much. Recognition is not a program. It is not something you run once a quarter. It is not something that lives in a separate system your employees forget to open. It is a feeling. And when it is done right, it shows up in the small, intentional moments. The ones that actually land. The ones people remember. That is what makes ADP Connect inside ADP Workforce Now so powerful. Recognition and rewards are no longer a bolt-on. They are embedded directly into where work already happens. Communication, collaboration, and appreciation all in one place. We are incredibly proud that Fringe powers that experience. Because “it takes a village” should not just be something leaders say. It should be something employees 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 every single day. #ADPProSummit #ADP #ADPVentures #Fringe #EmployeeExperience #HRTech

I came back to my hotel room after presenting at Pro Summit 2026 and found a box of chocolates waiting for me. With a note that said “it takes a village.” I’d just spent time on stage talking about what it looks like when collaboration, communication, and celebration stop being three separate conversations and start being one. The irony wasn’t lost on me. Here I am talking about recognition, and I come back to my room to find it waiting for me. That’s the thing about appreciation. When it’s specific and it’s real, it lands differently. It doesn’t need to be grand. It just needs to be intentional. That’s exactly what we built into ADP Connect with recognition and rewards, powered by Fringe living inside ADP Workforce Now where your team already communicates and collaborates. Not a bolt-on. Not a quarterly program. A way to make “it takes a village” something your people actually feel, not just something leaders say. Chocolates don’t last. But the intention behind them does. #ADPProSummit #ADP #ADPVentures #ADPTech #SayingThankYouMadeEasy

This is what it looks like when innovation steps out from behind the curtain 👏 At ADP Pro Summit, the work happening inside ADP Ventures is on full display. The partnerships, the incubation, the support for companies building within the ADP ecosystem. It is all being brought to life in real conversations with clients. Fringe is proud to be part of that ecosystem and to be right alongside the ADP Ventures team this week in Las Vegas. And a special shoutout to Naomi E. L. for taking the main stage and sharing what ADP Ventures and Connect mean for ADP and the clients it serves. Moments like that bring real visibility to the work happening behind the scenes and the impact it is driving. Seeing this work come to life reinforces something we have believed from day one. This is not just about new ideas. It is about building real solutions that scale, integrate, and deliver impact where it matters most. Grateful to be building with ADP 🤝 #ADPProSummit #ADPVentures #Fringe #Innovation #HRTech

Day 2 at ADP Pro Summit in Las Vegas. ADP Ventures does a lot of its best work behind the scenes. Deals, partnerships, incubation, supporting founders like Fringe building inside the ADP ecosystem. Clients don’t always see that engine running. This week they do. Getting our team in front of clients at an event like this matters. It puts a face on what ADP’s innovation arm actually looks like and what it’s working on. This morning, Naomi E. L. and Vishal Banerjee took the main stage and delivered. I caught up with both of them after to hear, in their own words, what ADP Ventures means to ADP and to the clients we serve. Enjoy! #ADPProSummit #ADPVentures #Innovation #LasVegas
