We own and operate premier senior living communities that provide a spectrum of housing and care options including independent living, assisted living, memory support services, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and community-based home care. Our charitable programs include a domestic violence prevention center and shelter, and we provide scholarships and educational support for students attending an all-girls Catholic high school in the Chicago area.

As we look toward the future of senior living, a recent survey provides valuable insights into the desires and concerns of older adults. While many hope to age in place, a significant number—nearly one in five—see assisted living as their preferred choice if living alone is no longer an option. This finding resonates deeply with our mission to celebrate life and serve with joy. It’s a testament to the fact that community, compassionate care and a sense of belonging are what truly matter. At Franciscan Ministries, we believe in creating communities where every individual is valued and can live a life of purpose and dignity. This study reinforces our commitment to being a trusted partner for seniors and their families as they navigate these important decisions. Let's continue the conversation on how we can best honor and serve our communities. Read more about the study's findings: https://lnkd.in/gtEcJXJW
