Did you do it within the time frame you promised? Did you complete the task at the highest quality you possibly could? Showing up exactly as you promised, every time, is going to build trust, familiarity, and ease with your clients. That's what will bring their business back to you time and time again.     Add more value to your "QBR" through better Format, Follow-up and Frequency. FORMAT Have a conversation about what's going on in the business, group, team...and what needs to be accomplished going forward. This is the thing that matters. FOLLOW-UP Based on what you heard, think about ways the work you're doing can help the customer accomplish what they need to accomplish. Yes, you have to do some work to figure this out. Do that work, then share your ideas in the next meeting. Some of your ideas will get "parked" for later consideration. Some will grow into projects that you'll get paid to deliver. Every time clients will appreciate the chance to learn how you would approach a specific issue they already said is important to them. [after the second "QBR", client's begin to look forward to them] FREQUENCY In our experience, some clients thought quarterly was too frequent and asked for 2x year, some asked for more of a floating (periodic) cadence, others were good with every quarter-ish...but across the board, clients wanted the conversation. If your "QBR" revolves around pitching whatever the customer is not buying from you, the next one will be an unwelcome entry on your client's calendar (and the one after that will be too). #QBR #Customervalue

    I made a sharable Flipdeck with three #EOS user case studies in under 2min. using the #AI-enhanced Flipdeck Builder (link in the comments). I wanted to put three client spotlight pieces featuring EOS Worldwide #Implementers Tyler Smith, Nick Bradfield, and Wayne Smith in one place so I could share easily. I copied the 3 links to their respective blog posts into the AI-enhanced Flipdeck Builder and in a little over a minute (most of which was me copying links), my Flipdeck was done. True confessions...I made one change to correct a typo...at first thinking the AI messed up, then discovered it was us that made the typo. :0 The link in the comments shows the Flipdeck and if you want to learn what some very innovative EOS Implementers are bringing to their practices, click through to their blog posts.
