I’ve always believed that a CTO isn't just a title you give someone; it’s a reality they create through their work. Today, I’m incredibly proud to announce that Patricio Napoli is officially stepping up as the CTO of Fermah. Patricio has been with us since the earliest days, and honestly, there is very little at Fermah that hasn't been shaped by his "first-principles" thinking. He didn’t just "oversee" our tech; he built the foundations of our Proof Market, architected a novel system from the ground up that serves as our backbone today, and created platforms like Workflow Execution Engine that are powering our next wave of products. But beyond the code, what I value most is his strategic clarity. Whether he’s in the weeds of a proving pipeline or explaining our vision to investors, Patricio operates with a level of ownership that is rare.
