Today is the day 🥰 I’m really proud to officially launch - Hanoli People! 🥳 This is more than a name change. It reflects how the business has grown, the lessons learned over the last few years, and the direction I’m moving in. Hanoli People brings together HR Consultancy, Management Development, Workplace Wellbeing, Mediation and Conflict Resolution, all under one connected people-focused brand. It's a fresh start, but not a start from scratch. Same values. Clearer direction. Stronger purpose. Over the next few days, I’ll be introducing the different Hanoli People services and sharing more about what this next chapter means. Victoria is Co Founder of our Employment Law team and brings a unique combination of legal, HR and operational leadership experience to the discussion around modern workplace challenges. An experienced employment lawyer, Level 7 CIPD qualified HR professional, accredited workplace investigator, practising coach and non executive director, Victoria advises organisations across the full employment lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to restructures, redundancies and complex exit strategies. Alongside her legal and HR expertise, Victoria is also an author, speaker, trainer and coach specialising in human performance, leadership and workplace culture. Before moving into law, Victoria served as an operational manager and officer in the Royal Air Force, experience that continues to shape her practical, commercially grounded and people focused approach to advising businesses. Some client briefs are straightforward. This one is not. I'm currently working with a business doing something genuinely ambitious: building a purpose-driven organisation entirely from scratch. New entities, employees in countries where no entity yet exists, visa arrangements, global mobility... The kind of brief that requires you to hold a lot of moving parts at once, think several steps ahead, and know exactly who to call when you hit the edges of your own expertise. And I did hit one of those edges recently. One particular employee situation that needed a solution I was told wasn't possible.
