Today, DAZN announced an agreement to acquire EverPass, bringing together DAZN’s global sports scale with EverPass’ leading position in U.S. commercial sports distribution, premium rights and partnerships, and technology built for commercial venues. Following completion of the transaction, the EverPass platform will serve as the foundation for DAZN for Business and its next generation of commercial venue distribution. We’re incredibly proud of what the EverPass team has built and grateful to our employees, partners and investors who have helped us get here. This opportunity reflects the strength of that work and creates even more potential to invest in the platform and expand what we can bring to commercial venues. Live sports in commercial venues is changing — and EverPass is building for what operators need next. Ahead of the NFL season, we’re introducing new platform capabilities designed to give bars, restaurants, casinos and other venues more flexibility, control and consistency across every screen. That includes the launch of the EverPass Connected TV App, expanded support for existing AV workflows and enhanced stream synchronization to help keep live sports feeds closely aligned across displays. More ways to access content. Easier multi-screen management. A more consistent viewing experience for fans. https://lnkd.in/ePGhFHMT

Every screen is an opportunity to create a better guest experience. That's why we're expanding our partnership with Miller's Ale House Restaurants. Together, we're combining premium live sports with guest engagement tools that help turn screens into business assets—before, during, and after the game. As Joel Chick, CEO of Miller's Ale House, said: "Every screen in our restaurants represents an opportunity to enhance the guest experience. EverPass helps us deliver more of the premium sports our guests want while also using our screens to highlight promotions, premium offerings and marketing enrollment opportunities throughout the day." This is exactly what EverPass is built for: helping businesses simplify sports streaming while making every screen work harder. Read more about our expanded partnership: https://lnkd.in/exFFKmkt

There’s been a lot of speculation in the market about NFL Sunday Ticket for commercial venues. Let’s clear it up: EverPass is the exclusive commercial distributor for bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, and other businesses, and there are no active negotiations that would change that outcome. We know operators are trying to plan ahead in a rapidly changing media landscape. Our goal is simple: provide clarity so businesses can prepare with confidence for football season. Our CMO Bryan Icenhower took the stage with Chris Keating at #RLC 2026 to dig into the future of live sports - and how the fan experience is evolving far beyond the venue itself. From changing consumer expectations to the growing importance of premium, reliable sports distribution, the conversation highlighted just how much opportunity exists at the intersection of sports, hospitality, and technology. Women's sports fans are showing up. The venues with the games on are where the crowd goes. EverPass has expanded its relationship with VICTORY+ to add NWSL to the platform. More games, more reasons to walk through the door on a weekend. More on why venues should be ready for women's sports this season. https://lnkd.in/eityxukr

EverPass is expanding its relationship with Netflix — bringing another major streaming-first event to commercial venues. We’ve secured exclusive commercial rights in the U.S. to distribute the upcoming Fury vs. Makhmudov fight across bars, restaurants, and other public venues. The event will be available to EverPass customers as part of EverPass Core — our streaming foundation that powers access to live sports, scheduling, and control across every screen. As more premium live events move to streaming, the gap between residential access and commercial use continues to widen. EverPass exists to close that gap — ensuring operators have a clear, reliable, and fully licensed way to bring these moments to their customers. We’re continuing to define how streaming shows up in commercial venues — one major moment at a time. https://lnkd.in/eAzx8fSZ

EverPass Media reposted this
The Bar & Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas was a great reminder of how much live sports still drive this industry. From conversations on the floor and at the booth, it became clear operators don’t have a demand problem, they have a distribution problem. The games people care about are getting harder to access, spread across platforms, and tougher to manage day to day. That’s really where EverPass Media fits in. Not just bringing in the games, but simplifying how venues get them on screen without adding more work for the team. With NFL Sunday Ticket now exclusively available through EverPass for commercial venues, this season is going to look different, in a way that’s simpler and easier to manage. If live sports are a big part of your business, reach out today and start the process!
