    Well-said Tinny Jindal, CCWP !!!

AI isn't coming- it's already reshaping the way businesses operate across every industry and every timezone. Over the past few years, I've seen firsthand how companies in the US, APAC, EMEA, and LATAM are navigating a real turning point: the difference between teams that embrace AI, automation, and intelligent BI isn't talent- it's the right implementation partner. A few things I keep hearing from leaders right now: → "We have the data but can't act on it fast enough." → "We've started automation projects but they stalled." → "Our digital transformation roadmap looks great on paper but isn't moving." These aren't tech problems. They're execution problems. At eTeam, that's exactly where we come in. Whether it's standing up an AI solution, or driving a digital or automation initiative -we help brands move from strategy to delivery, globally. If you're working on something in this space (or about to), I'd genuinely love to connect and swap notes. No pitch- just a real conversation. What's the biggest challenge your team is facing with AI or automation right now? Drop it in the comments 👇

We’d like to welcome Stephanie Mousseau to eTeam as Director, Portfolio Management. Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience across staffing and workforce solutions, and has built her career leading high-volume contingent workforce programs while never losing sight of the relationships behind the work. She is deeply focused on delivering workforce solutions that are both scalable and personal. Stephanie has led enterprise account management initiatives, managed complex MSP programs and built trusted client partnerships through a white-glove, people-first approach. In an industry where operational demands move fast and expectations move faster, Stephanie combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create programs that truly work for clients and consultants alike. Stephanie’s experience, energy and commitment to service make her a strong addition to the eTeam team, and we’re excited to see the impact she will deliver as we continue expanding our managed services capabilities.

The story is consistent: ambition for AI and transformation is abundant, but execution is hard. We measure intent exhaustively, but nobody is measuring the speed at which transformation actually happens. If you can't see your velocity, you can't tell if you're accelerating or stalling. At eTeam, seeing thousands of placements globally, we've noticed this gap. Our. belief in Transformation Execution underpins everything we do, and we want to highlight that measuring that execution velocity could be a game changer. Swipe through to see why measuring execution velocity might be the missing piece in your transformation strategy. #Transformation #AI #Leadership #ExecutionVelocity #eTeam

An insightful post on MSP program extension from our own Dawnette Cooke, CCWP

Today's global MSP design is not defined only by how well a program manages high-volume populations. It is measured by how well the program captures the edges. The outlier countries. The spend that needs governance but does not fit neatly into the primary MSP's lane. That is where an MSP extension model becomes critical. And, it is so rewarding to partner with the best-of-the-best to build a differentiating solution. We were purpose-built for exactly this! The strongest global programs are ecosystem-led, with the right specialists connected to the right governance model. #eTeam #xTend #MSP #AOR #EOR #ICCompliance #CWPEvolved #Partnership #SIAResearch

Everyone agrees on what great leadership looks like today. Digital Fluency, Strategic Agility, Human-Centered Leadership, Change Mastery. But here's a question. Who's actually making things happen? Knowing what good looks like and having the capability to execute it are two very different things. The PMI estimates we'll need 25 million new project professionals by 2030. That's not a small gap. At eTeam, we've spent 25+ years working alongside executive teams to close exactly that kind of gap, turning strategy into operational reality across 130 countries. The way we think about it comes down to three things: Transformation, Agility, and Partnership. Swipe the carousel to see how each of those pillars matches to the leadership skills that matter most right now.   Would love to hear how your organisation is thinking about the execution side of this in the comments. #Leadership2026 #ExecutionExcellence #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #eTeam
