As part of the Healthy Wave project, each implementing city establishes a Local Action Group (LAG) - a local support network that brings together stakeholders, organizations, and city officials who share an interest in improving school meal systems. These LAG play a crucial role in: ✔️ Analyzing local needs and challenges ✔️ Identifying innovative solutions ✔️ Designing a roadmap for change ✔️ Engaging the whole community, from schools to municipal departments By working together, LAGs ensure that the cities can develop school meal programs that are nutritious, sustainable, and inclusive, tailored to local needs. How can digital tools make fashion education more sustainable and inclusive?🌱 Over the past three years, Kolding School of Design, together with the University of Ljubljana and the Willem de Kooning Academy Rotterdam, explored this question through the Me You Us project — an EU-funded collaboration supported by Erasmus Plus, CLO3D, G-Star, NTT DATA, and Mila.Vert. 🧵 Me You Us invited students, educators, and industry partners to experiment with digital design, virtual prototyping, and emerging technologies like AI, AR, VR, and XR — all while reflecting on sustainability, inclusion, and diversity in fashion. One of the project’s key outcomes is an open-source educational library featuring nine modules that offer practical ways to integrate digital tools into teaching and learning. These resources are free and adaptable for anyone working in fashion and textile education.
