From listing to lease execution, the property was leased in just three weeks, with the transaction completed at the full asking rate. Jake Carter led the assignment on behalf of ownership, working alongside Nick Sansone as part of the Equity listing team. This freestanding healthcare opportunity generated strong activity due to its existing medical buildout, on-site parking, and strategic location between Dublin and Worthington.
