  • Some rooms can change the way you see your future, so we make it our job to create those spaces. 💖 We are beyond proud to celebrate the 3rd annual Her Campus x e.l.f. Cosmetics e.l.f.ing Amazing 22 Under 22, a program created to spotlight the next generation of bold disruptors with kind hearts who are dreaming big about their futures and giving back to their communities. Democratizing access has always been part of our DNA. Access to the best of beauty. Access to mentorship. Access to people who open doors. That is how we help the next generation unleash their superpowers and see that anything is e.l.f.ing possible. This year, the 2026 22 Under 22 class stepped inside our e.l.f.ice for two days of mentorship, connection and behind-the-scenes Zero Distance access to the people and teams who help shape our e.l.f.iverse. This included hearing directly from e.l.f.z about personal branding, company culture and business development. Every detail was built to remind these future leaders that they belong here. This year marked our eyes.lips.first. community-centric welcome experience for the program, created to turn traditional brand access into something more personal and purposeful. Each student arrived to personalized merch and curated get-ready product moments designed to make them feel celebrated and ready to show up as their full selves. The experience continued with a networking dinner where the 22 Under 22 class met face-to-face for the first time, turning online recognition into real connection, peer-to-peer community and meaningful relationships. This eyes.lips.first. programming was about creating a first for someone else: their first time in the rooms they dreamed of, their first time truly believing in their power, their first glimpse of what could be possible in their future. To the 2026 class, thank you for bringing your ambition and curiosity into our orbit. We were left inspired by you, and we cannot wait to see what you build next. 🚀 Meet the class here: https://lnkd.in/g2erDhBe

  • Glow Getter’s rise was built by our community. Now, its next chapter is starring them. ✨ NATURIUM, a brand from e.l.f. Beauty (NYSE:ELF), is celebrating the community behind its bestselling Glow Getter collection with its first creator-led campaign, starring longtime Naturium fan and creator Bretman Rock. As one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in the U.S., top 50 according to Circana, Naturium has built momentum through efficacious innovation, real results and a powerful community that knows consistency is key. With their most recent “Glow Better Together” campaign, the brand expands the meaning of glow beyond skincare to celebrate the people, relationships and rituals that help us feel like the best version of ourselves. That belief came to life through a national casting call inviting “Glow Getters” to submit raw, self-shot videos centered on confidence, joy and connection. The final cast features 11 real community members across different ages, backgrounds and personalities, each chosen for the authentic ways they embody what it means to glow together. At the center of the campaign is Bretman Rock, whose love for Naturium began organically and grew into true brand affinity. Now, that connection comes full circle as he helps lead a campaign rooted in fearlessness, authenticity and community. As Bretman says, “I want my glow to remind people that they can glow too, and we can glow together.” At e.l.f. Beauty, the people power the pulse. Across our family of brands, we move at Zero Distance from our community to build with them and for them. Naturium brings this philosophy in motion through the science of consistent skincare for everyone, everywhere, every day. For many, Naturium is both clinical and communal. It lives in the formulas people trust, the routines they return to and the community that reminds us glow is never one-size-fits-all. Let’s Glow Better. Together. 💛

  • Community is everywhere, and to many, community is everything. 💗 Sometimes community looks like a room full of people learning how to feel like themselves again.  Sometimes it looks like neighbors lining the street in pink T-shirts before chemo. Sometimes it looks like chicken nuggets, Gilmore Girls and a friend who does not need to say much to say everything.  In our latest Zero Distance essay, we sit down with Kate Zickel, who was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer at 29, to talk about the many forms community can take when life becomes unimaginable. For Kate, community has been the thing that kept her from feeling alone. It has shown up through neighbors, therapists, survivor conferences, outdoor adventure programs and Look Good Feel Better, a long-time e.l.f. partner that provides free beauty workshops for people undergoing cancer treatment. Through the program, Kate found more than beauty tips. She found confidence, connection and a new relationship with beauty during a time when her body was changing in ways she could not control. As she puts it, “Look Good Feel Better saved my butt twice.” At e.l.f. Beauty, community is our co-creator, our compass and our why. Our community informs and inspires everything we do.  Kate’s story reminds us that community can take many forms, from the e.l.f.ies who inspire our next idea to partners like Look Good Feel Better who help bring care, confidence and belonging to people when they need it most. It can be big, tiny, awkward or quiet.  What matters is the choice to show up, to stay close and to remind one another that no one should have to move through the hardest chapters alone.  What matters is that you show up. • Culture moves when communities tune the e.l.f. in and shape it. 🗣️ In the fandoms people build around. In the moments they watch together. In the worlds they quote, debate, vote on and make their own. For 50 seasons, SURVIVOR has built one of the most passionate fandoms in entertainment by democratizing access to dreams and believing that anything is e.l.f.ing possible. Marking one of its most iconic seasons, this season of SURVIVOR was the #1 reality series.  With SURVIVOR 50 marking the franchise’s first season designed by viewer vote, the moment reflects what we believe deeply: passionate communities do not watch from the sidelines. They help build what comes next. A fan-built season deserved a fan-fueled advantage: a way for every eye, lip and face watching from home to get in on the game. For the live SURVIVOR 50 finale, e.l.f. Cosmetics introduced the “e.l.f.ie Advantage,” an entertainment-led vignette series that brought three of our most-loved hero products into SURVIVOR-inspired challenges: Power Grip Primer, Camo Concealer and Suntouchable Whoa Glow SPF 30. To bring the advantage home, we launched the limited-edition e.l.f. x SURVIVOR Buff Bundle, featuring the three hero products from the vignettes and a custom co-branded SURVIVOR buff. SURVIVOR is the kind of kindred spirit we are proud to have in our orbit: community-centric and built on the belief that with the right advantage, anyone can dream their way to the finish line. SURVIVOR 50, the tribe has spoken. 🔥

  • 7 consecutive years of industry-leading growth. 29 consecutive quarters of net sales and market share growth. And we like to say, we are just getting started.    Fiscal 26 marked another milestone year for e.l.f. Beauty.    Reflecting on our company's momentum, Tarang Amin, Chairman and CEO, shared: “Our results reflect the strength of our team, strategy and portfolio of brands. All five of our brands grew this year, with rhode and Naturium delivering particularly strong results and reinforcing the power of our expanding brand portfolio. The whitespace opportunity in front of us across brands, categories, and geographies gives us great confidence in the runway ahead.”    Out of approximately 1,800 cosmetics and skin care brands tracked by Nielsen, only 14 have surpassed $200M in retail sales. e.l.f. Beauty has 4 brands that have crossed that threshold:    💄 e.l.f. Cosmetics continued to drive industry-leading market share gains, marking its 29th consecutive quarter of market share growth. 💦e.l.f. SKIN delivered ~$200M in global retail sales and continues to gain momentum in the mass skincare category.    ⚡️Naturium doubled its pre-acquisition levels in less than three years, and in Q4 became the fastest-growing brand among the top 50 skin care brands according to Circana.  🫧rhode continues to exceed expectations globally, achieving the No. 1 beauty brand ranking in Sephora North America while expanding internationally through record-breaking launches.    Huge shoutout to our e.l.f.z, partners and community for helping us disrupt norms, shape culture and connect communities through positivity, inclusivity and accessibility and making these results possible!

  • Champion. Trailblazer. Changemaker. The e.l.f.ing GOAT. And now, college graduate. 🐐 Billie Jean King has spent her life opening doors for others. This time, she walked through one for herself.  In our latest Zero Distance essay, we sit down with our e.l.f. family member BJK as she reflects on what it means to complete the one thing she had not yet finished: college. For someone whose life has been defined by firsts, titles and history-making moments, this milestone carries a different kind of weight. BJK became the first person in her immediate family to graduate from college, joining a historical graduating class where roughly 60% of students were also first-generation graduates. She studied history, the subject that helped her understand leadership, revolutionize tennisand re-imagine what the future could become. 🎓 Through her coursework, BJK spent time with incarcerated students in prison education programs, attended graduations and came away with an even deeper belief that access to education can change how people see themselves, create a sense that anything is e.l.f.ingpossible and empower individuals to finish what they started. Access has always been at the heart of how we move: access to beauty, opportunity, community and spaces that have belonged to too few for too long. BJK has spent her life widening those doors, and this chapter is one more reminder that learning, growth and possibility never age out. For anyone asking whether it is too late to return to something unfinished, BJK’s answer is simple: Finish the e.l.f.ing match. Read the full Substack essay here: https://lnkd.in/e4EBTe-g ✨

  • Growth teaches you quickly that the finish line keeps moving. At e.l.f. Beauty, 28 consecutive quarters of growth is something we are deeply proud of and never take for granted. It is also what keeps us humble and hungry. Every mountain climbed reveals the next one waiting. Every milestone becomes a reason to keep learning, keep evolving and keep raising the bar. ⛰️ In the latest episode of Uncensored Renegades, Kory Marchisotto and Jon Evans unpack what it takes to sustain growth without losing the spirit that made it possible in the first place. For us, that spirit starts with culture. Culture is our engine. It powers our purpose, our people, our performance and the possibilities we continue to create. It shows up in the conditions we build every day: creating space for innovation to thrive, bringing together a parade of unicorns who believe in making the impossible possible, finding kindred spirits who force multiply what we can do and staying curious enough to keep evolving. 🦄 That is how growth becomes more than momentum. It becomes our mindset. One rooted in belief, built through our people and strengthened by the constant desire to do better than we did before. Growth at e.l.f. is not about resting on what worked yesterday. It is about believing there is always a better way to build tomorrow. • e.l.f. and Katherine Legge are rewriting the rules of the road. 🏁 On Sunday, May 24, Katherine will become the first woman ever to attempt one of the rarest feats in motorsports: racing the Indianapolis 500 and Coca-Cola 600 on the same day. Commonly known as “The Double.” 1,100 miles. Two legendary races. Two different disciplines. One barrier-breaking driver fueling history. Through our empowering.legendary.females. platform, e.l.f. backs women who defy expectations, take up space in arenas where representation has historically lagged and show the next generation of trailblazers that they belong at the starting line, not on the sidelines. With Katherine taking on “The Double”, we are fueling that belief every mile of the way. Across both races, e.l.f. Cosmetics will serve as Katherine’s primary partner, bringing eyes.lips.fuel. to life from Indianapolis to Charlotte and transforming the Fan Zone into immersive experiences that bring fans closer to her journey. Fans can explore a storytelling wall chronicling Katherine’s career, send her well wishes before she takes to the track, race through e.l.f. UP! on Roblox, bedazzle limited-edition e.l.f. merch and stay race-day ready with complimentary e.l.f. SKIN SPF for every eye, lip and face in the crowd. Access isn't stopping at the track. We are extending the experience across Snap, Roblox and Twitch so our community can get in on the action from wherever they are. Katherine’s attempt at “The Double” is a reminder that when women are fueled with access, visibility and belief, the road opens wider for everyone coming next. We are beyond e.l.f.ing excited to stand with Katherine Legge as she takes on Indy, Charlotte and history. ❤️🔥

  • First, we named the gap. Now we’re mapping the path. ♟️ In Part 2 of our Zero Distance series with executive recruiter and strategist Deepali Vyas, we’re moving from board literacy to board pathway, exploring how leaders can begin building the exposure, credibility and proximity that lead to board service. Board opportunities rarely appear through a straight line or a single open door. They are shaped through relationships, governance experience and the kind of visibility built over time. Deepali maps the journey through three pathways: ✔️ Nonprofit boards creating early access, exposure and governance fluency. ✔️ Advisory and private company boards help build experience and a clearer board narrative. ✔️ Public company boards where preparation, proximity and credibility can come together. At e.l.f., we believe access to opportunity must come with access to knowledge. That is why Change the Board Game is focused on making the boardroom less mysterious and the path toward it more visible, especially for leaders who have not always been invited into those conversations. This edition is about shifting your thinking from “why not me?” to “here is how I start.” The boardroom becomes more accessible when the path to it becomes clearer, more intentional and more possible. Trusting your instincts sounds simple until the stakes are high. 💭 Until the path in front of you looks nothing like the one people expected you to take. Until the timing is imperfect. Until you are asked to bet on yourself before everyone else can see the vision. In our latest Zero Distance essay, we celebrate Mandy Fields, Chief Financial Officer at e.l.f. Beauty and recipient of a 2026 CEW Achiever Award. Mandy’s story was not built by staying in one lane. It was built by raising her hand, saying yes to hard things, and proving that finance is not a back-office function. Mandy is one of only a handful of women on the financial side of beauty to receive the CEW Achiever Award in its 51-year history, and one of the few women of color to hold the CFO title at a publicly traded company. Her lessons are as generous as they are grounded: 🚀 Chart your own path. 🚀 Trust your intuition. 🚀 Raise your hand before the timing feels perfect. 🚀 Build relationships outside your lane. 🚀 Stay present, accessible and close to the people around you. 🚀 Remember that you are the steward of your own dreams. That is Mandy’s magic. She leads with rigor and grace, numbers and humanity, ambition and accessibility. She creates zero distance by showing up in unexpected places in unexpected ways. We believe anything is e.l.f.ing possible when bold leaders trust their instincts, open doors for others and keep building the future with purpose. Read Mandy’s full reflection here: https://lnkd.in/eSGZjfge ✍️
