Dorsia’s mission is to transform the economy and experience of hospitality through technology
About us
Dorsia is the global hospitality platform unlocking access to the world’s most coveted reservations, events, and experiences. For members, that means getting into the places they actually want to go. For hospitality partners, it means more control, better visibility, and smarter tools to grow revenue. Behind it all is an AI-enabled technology suite built for modern hospitality, including our members’ club operating system, corporate access solution, frictionless payment system, global wallet, and event management software. You’ll find Dorsia in the cities where people live, work, go out, and travel. Our footprint spans the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and the Middle East, from New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Chicago to London, Ibiza, Saint-Tropez, Dubai, and beyond.

The next chapter of Dorsia starts in Paris. From classic establishments to the city’s new guard, our first collection brings together some of the tables and rooms we think are worth knowing: Le Grand Café, Loulou Paris, Kinugawa Rive Gauche, Ralph’s Restaurant, Ojii, Bar Nomo, Jaïs Paris, Bar Omi, Cherry Paris, Double, Orson, JIIP, and Carbonis. And restaurants are only the beginning. This October, Dorsia members will also have special access around Art Basel Paris, bringing together dining, art, and culture for one of the biggest weeks on the Paris calendar. Paris is now live in the Dorsia app.

“This tech is to run a community. We built it end to end for ticketing, access, RFID bracelets, membership revenue, all the bookings, hotels, spas, sports.” Dorsia founder Marc Lotenberg and co-founders Joshua Stern and Gabriella Shteiman sit down with Alan Philips of What’s Good Miami to reveal what our product team has been building behind the scenes. Watch the full podcast for Marc’s take on taste as AI’s final frontier, why bad restaurants need to die, and Art Basel Miami’s greatest event ever. https://lnkd.in/dU7E53Nk

August was a whirlwind, but we finally found a minute to reflect on our annual retreat, Camp Dorsia. This year, the team trekked from New York, Miami, London, and Brazil to the Berkshires for a weeklong offsite at Miraval Resorts & Spas. From roadmapping sessions and fireside chats to ego-shedding meditations and team astrology readings, we went all in on alignment. Our speaker lineup was stacked with industry heavy-hitters—longtime friends, collaborators, and investors who shared their expertise on scaling experiential luxury brands in the age of AI. Huge thanks to Catch Hospitality Group’s Eugene Remm, Art Basel CEO Noah Horowitz, Index Ventures Partner Martin Mignot, Simon Kim of Gracious Hospitality Management, filmmaker-photographer Andrew Zuckerman, Corso Marketing Group founder David Corso, MoonPay CEO Ivan Soto-Wright, real estate executive David Reuben, and psychiatrist Dr. Andrew Levinson for backing the vision for our next era. But in true Dorsia fashion, the real shit went down at the afters: wine-fueled sentimental toasts, a cheeky hand-rolled cig or two, and some heated debates about robot sex. What happens at Camp stays at Camp, but you can catch our G-rated recap here. We’re building the team for what comes next. Come join us. https://lnkd.in/gc5uFMKB
