New research: Understanding builder intent in the AI era. AI is decoupling a person's role from the tasks they can perform. Our new research proposes a framework of four "Builder Mindsets" that any builder can adopt for a given task: • The Founder: (Intent: Monetize) • The Optimizer: (Intent: Solve an internal problem) • The Accelerator: (Intent: Increase efficiency) • The Learner: (Intent: Fill a knowledge gap) This framework explores how to design for this new era of human-AI collaboration, where trust is fluid and "intent as the source of truth" is the new paradigm. Key takeaways for product leaders and engineering teams: 1. Guardrails are essential (outputs must be secure by default). 2. Bridge the abstraction gap with fluid design. 3.
