Great to see our trade partner, Boston BuildHERS, featured by Mayor Wu's office as part of the City of Boston's SCALE Program. The program helps small businesses access resources, technical assistance, and funding needed to grow and pursue larger opportunities. We're proud to be working alongside the Boston BuildHERS team at Casas Borinquen and look forward to seeing their continued success. This past week, our teams had a great time at the company's Q2 Town Hall. Our President, Keith Shaw opened the meeting thanking the team for their continued effort and commitment across all departments. The afternoon was full of company updates, recognition of recent milestones and project successes, as well as conversations around upcoming work and where the company is headed. With both our offices together, we wrapped up the day with a friendly competition at TopGolf and some time to catch up across teams. This was a good reset before a busy season ahead! #BuildingResponsibly #DelphiConstruction

We recently held groundbreaking ceremonies for our two new projects in Mashpee, MA, the Boys & Girls Club and the Mashpee Police Station. The B&G Club will bring a 10,000-square-foot building that expands access to resources and programs for local youth, such as educational support, recreational spaces, and mentorship opportunities. On the neighboring site, the Mashpee Police Station will bring a newly redeveloped facility to replace the department’s current building, which has served the Town of Mashpee for nearly 50 years. With our Cape office in Mashpee, we are grateful to be a partner in these two projects, bringing spaces that will serve local youth and residents of the town we call home. More to come as work gets underway. Earlier this week, members of the Delphi team attended the Springtime Gala hosted by Cardinal Cushing Centers in Boston. The event brought together students, families, staff, and community partners for a memorable night in support of the organization. One of the highlights of the evening was the annual fashion show, where our Site Superintendent, Cooper Amster, joined ARC/ Architectural Resources Cambridge and a Cardinal Cushing student on the runway. It was a fun night surrounded by an incredible community. We were glad to support this year's event and are grateful to continue our work alongside the Cardinal Cushing Centers team through ongoing projects at their Hanover campus and St. Coletta location. Had the honor of representing Delphi Construction, Inc. at YouthBuild Boston's BuildFest this week with John Cloutier! YouthBuild is an invaluable resource for the construction industry in Boston and beyond. The organization empowers and trains the next generation of builders at a grassroots level, with a community-first focus. Was great to see you speak/hear about your experience with YBB Kasmir Sheridan Highly recommend getting involved/supporting: https://youthbuild.org

We're glad to share that work is kicking off at Franklin Ridge, our new senior housing project in Franklin, MA, that will bring 60 affordable units to the community. Built on a 6.5-acre site, the project will include a three-story building with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with a shared community space and on-site management offices. We are proud to be part of a great project that addresses the needs of the Franklin community and is designed to provide long-term support for residents. Looking forward to sharing updates as the work progresses! #BuildingResponsibly #DelphiConstruction #SeniorHousing

The second day of Safety Week brought us to the Cape. We started in Mashpee with a discussion on emergency response, then headed to Truro to focus on jobsite awareness and staying alert. Hands-on demonstrations from our trade partners helped drive the message, and we thank all participants for their engagement across both stops. Plenty more ahead this week, stay tuned! #BuildingResponsibly #DelphiConstruction #ConstructionSafetyWeek

Day 1 of Safety Week is in the books. We spent the day at DyeWorks in Lawrence, where the team showed up strong for a mental health talk, our first event of the week. Great energy across the site and a solid way to get things started. A good start to the week, more from the field tomorrow! #BuildingResponsibly #DelphiConstruction #ConstructionSafetyWeek
