  • Everybody is talking about FDEs (Forward Deployed Engineers) and everybody is hiring them too. But at Decision Foundry, we have always had our teams embedded within our customers' systems. They understand your need, work with the nitty-gritty of your data, tackle the in-and-outs of your tools, and present the reports just the way your managements wants it. Only it's 3X better now, and it goes far beyond reporting. Our engineers don't just surface Insights anymore. They build AI agents that understand your workflows, flag anomalies before they become problems, recommend next-best actions for your teams, and trigger corrective steps automatically. Whether it's a BI pipeline, a CRM process, or an ops workflow, we start by sitting with your team and finding where time is really being lost. Then we build systems that act on it. That's the FDE model. We've just been doing it longer. Reach out to us today to enjoy the benefits of the FDE model, https://lnkd.in/g8Wi4-i5

  • Free Salesforce User Audit With Salesforce Headless 360 and Agentic AI transforming how enterprises operate, keeping your Salesforce environment clean, structured, and optimized is more important than ever. Inactive users, unused licenses, permission risks, duplicate records, and inefficient processes don’t just create clutter — they reduce performance, increase costs, and limit AI readiness. Decision Foundry helps organizations audit and optimize their Salesforce environments end-to-end, uncovering opportunities to improve governance, efficiency, and automation readiness. Start with a Free Salesforce User Auditing & Insights session from our data experts, https://lnkd.in/g8Wi4-i5

  • CUA or Computer-Using Agent This is a term we’ve been using very frequently at Decision Foundry lately—and for good reason. In the world of Agentic AI, agents interact with various systems through APIs, CLIs, and MCPs. But what if API is not available for a legacy system? Enter CUA! The agent that will: - see the screen - understand the elements - interpret the context - and take actions to complete what it is required to do. While APIs and MCPs are the highways where most of the traffic flows, CUA gives you access to those bumpy by-lanes. They don’t replace APIs, they extend automation into previously inaccessible systems and edge cases. The more we learn and grow, the more confident we are that we can automate any process you have, saving you time and money, improving efficiency. Contact us to know more, https://lnkd.in/g8Wi4-i5

  • Salesforce unveiled Headless 360 on April 15, 2026 at the TrailblazerDX (TDX) conference - and it's an architectural pivot, not a feature launch. Every capability across Data 360, Customer 360, and Agentforce is now exposed as an API, MCP tool, or CLI command. Agents built anywhere - Claude Code, Cursor, your own runtime - can now reach into Salesforce data, invoke workflows, and execute business logic without ever touching a browser. The real question shifts from "which screens do users click?" to "which capabilities do we expose to agents, and under what guardrails?" Agents don't behave the same way every time they run - which is exactly why Salesforce shipped a new set of testing, observability, and control tools alongside the headless layer. At Decision Foundry, we help clients design where agents plug into Salesforce, set up the right controls, and roll it out with the governance a production agent estate actually needs. Let's talk about what Headless 360 means for yours → https://lnkd.in/g8Wi4-i5

  • Well done, Praveen D, on driving the Agentic AI initiative at Decision Foundry!

One of the first things I wanted to know once I took over the CEO role at DF was - What have we built already. I knew people were building apps using Replit and Claude and other agents. Some for live use cases that we were actively involved in. Some for use cases that could potentially help our customers. So I asked Praveen D., our HR head, to collect information from all the employees. If it was last year, I would have expected him to use a Google form to collect these. But he built a working app! And added a lot more than what I asked for, with all the bells and whistles. I thought this is such a true sign of the times - when non-tech teams also start building apps.
