What does it take for agentic AI to become a trusted capability in regulated industries? At Swiss Biotech Day 2026, Basilea Pharmaceutica and Luzsana Biotechnology Europe AG discussed how agentic AI is delivering in trial execution today, and what realistically comes next. Together with PSI and Arango, we contributed to a discussion focused on real-world deployment challenges, including operational impact, data readiness, and how organizations can evaluate AI performance at scale. A pragmatic view on what it takes to move AI from experimentation to execution. Watch the discussion here: https://bit.ly/4wJVE3v #AgenticAI #DataStrategy #DigitalTransformation #SwissBiotechDay

Basilea Pharmaceutica and Luzsana Biotechnology Europe AG evaluated agentic AI directly in live development programs, then reported back on what actually changed. PSI moderated that conversation at Swiss Biotech Day 2026, alongside AI technologists from Arango and DataArt. The 45-minute panel covers where AI has shifted real trial outcomes, where early deployments fell short of expectations, and what data infrastructure gaps are blocking the next phase of adoption. As part of the #SupportUkraine initiative, DataArt and its partners have made a charitable contribution to the “Second Wind” Charitable Foundation. The foundation helps people recover physically and mentally after limb loss. Our contribution will support adaptive sports, climbing, and team-building activities within the veteran community. These activities help people rebuild strength, confidence, and a sense of possibility. 💙💛 Thank you to everyone involved for your tireless and inspiring work.

What stood out most? “It’s how much fun it is.” 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁! Caroline Baldwin, COO of The Entrust Group, shares what it’s actually like to work with DataArt — and it comes down to one thing: the right partner doesn’t feel external. They feel like a natural extension of your team. A big thank you to Caroline and the Entrust team for their trust, openness, and for being such a brilliant partner to build with. 🤖 𝗔𝗜 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Agentic AI. AI-enabled underwriting. Smart workflows. But in our webinar on Monday, May 11, Khalid Desai, Arno de Wever, Ed Simmons, and oliver P. explored a less flashy — and much more critical — starting point: the data foundation underneath it all. Because without clean, connected, well-structured data, even the most advanced AI initiatives run into the same problems: messy bordereaux files, legacy schemas, unclear lineage, and one-off fixes that don’t scale. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱: • Why metadata and lineage still matter more than the latest AI acronym • How medallion-style architecture can bring order to underwriting and claims complexity • What a realistic path to data maturity actually looks like • Why data quality quietly drives every AI win the industry talks about 📊 AI hype comes and goes. Solid data foundations don’t. Watch the full webinar here: https://lnkd.in/dPc8PHN8

Cortex Code changes an important assumption in data engineering: the AI assistant now lives inside the data platform, close to the workflows, metadata, and governance layer itself. We tested Snowflake Cortex Code live across onboarding workflows, dataset implementation scenarios, Streamlit integration, and CLI-based development. What stood out wasn’t just the acceleration. It was the dependency on structure. When architecture definitions, reusable patterns, and project standards already exist, Cortex Code can dramatically reduce onboarding time and automate repetitive implementation work. When they don’t, the assistant exposes the inconsistency instead of solving it. Ahead of 𝗦𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we explored: • Where Cortex Code delivers real value • How spec-driven workflows change implementation • What still requires human oversight • Why architecture maturity matters more than prompts Read the full article by Mykyta Tkachenko, Solution Data Architect: https://lnkd.in/dC9iyUKa #Snowflake #CortexCode #DataEngineering #dbt #Airflow #DataPlatforms #AIEngineering
