Rear Adm. James Waters, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, visited Navy Recruiting Station Fredericksburg on Dec. 2 to meet with the Sailors driving the recruiting mission across the region. During the visit, Waters recognized Steelworker 1st Class Kastlandersen, Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Ginn, and Engineman 1st Class Rivera with Navy Recruiting Command belt buckles for their outstanding performance and commitment to bringing America’s best and brightest into the Navy.
