  • RevOps teams are being asked to do more than ever. Roll out AI. Clean up data. Increase rep productivity. Consolidate tools... All without adding headcount. Other AI promises leverage. But in practice? It can just as easily create new bottlenecks or "GTM engineering" projects to maintain. So what does it actually take to drive leverage across a GTM team without slowing execution? That's the topic for the next GTM Heroes Live open roundtable. Will Taylor is joined by Taft Love 🛫 (Founder, Iceberg RevOps) and Rosalyn Santa Elena (VP of GTM Ops at SingleStore; Founder, The RevOps Collective) for a candid conversation on how RevOps leaders are turning AI into real team leverage. We'll explore: - Where AI is actually creating leverage for GTM teams - What breaks as AI scales - How RevOps can empower execution instead of becoming the bottleneck - Practical ways operators are deploying AI today - How to balance governance with speed GTM Heroes Live is an open roundtable. Co-hosts kick off the discussion, and any attendee can come on stage, ask questions live, or share what's working inside their team. Every strong GTM team has a few heroes leading the way to better outcomes. 🦸 Join the conversation. See you there 🫡 📅 Thursday, April 2nd at 1pm PT / 4pm ET 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gsNHJkzr

  • AI is the interface for how GTM teams work. But most AI tools still operate on fragmented data. They can generate content — but they don’t understand what’s actually happening with your buyers. Today we’re introducing: ⚡Ask Common Room Anything — an AI assistant for instant buyer intelligence 🔌 Spark Brief Beta — a daily intelligence brief for your book of business 📩 Common Room MCP — portable buyer intelligence for AI-native workflows Because AI isn’t just about better data anymore — it’s about execution.

  • ICYMI: Common Room now connects to Claude. Over the past two weeks, we’ve been hearing from customers already using the integration, and the response has been incredible! What’s resonating most is simple: GTM teams are already using Claude to research accounts, draft outreach, and prepare for customer conversations. But AI is only as powerful as the context it has access to. By connecting Claude with Common Room, teams can run those workflows grounded in unified buyer intelligence — signals from across CRM, product usage, enrichment, and engagement data. Instead of stitching together context manually, Claude can reason on top of the full picture. That means: • researching prioritized accounts • drafting outreach grounded in real engagement • spotting expansion or risk signals across the book of business All powered by complete buyer context. • Your GTM team added AI. Did it add leverage or just new bottlenecks? New tools. New workflows. New dependencies. New operational layers just to keep it all running. Should scaling AI really require new gatekeepers? RevOps leaders are pushing for a different model: one where AI creates leverage across the team without adding complexity or new GTM engineer headcount. That's the topic for the next GTM Heroes Live open roundtable. Will Taylor is joined by Taft Love 🛫 (Founder, @Iceberg RevOps) and Rosalyn Santa Elena (VP of GTM Ops at @SingleStore; Founder, @The RevOps Collective) to talk through how RevOps leaders are turning AI into real team leverage. This is an open roundtable where anyone can come on stage, ask questions live, or share what's working inside their team. 📅 Thursday, April 2nd at 1pm PT / 4pm ET 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gsNHJkzr

  • Tomorrow we kick off the first GTM Heroes Live. This month’s topic: Signals on signals on signals. What’s next? There are more signals and AI agents layered into GTM than ever. But what’s actually changing inside Sales and RevOps teams? Will Taylor, Saad Khan, and Jacki Leahy 🪄 are joining us to talk through what they’re seeing in the field right now: what’s working, what’s breaking, and what teams should focus on next. This is a live community roundtable. We’ll kick things off and then open the stage for anyone who wants to jump in. No slides. No pitches. Just operators talking through it. 📅 Tomorrow at 1pm PT / 4pm ET 🔗 https://lnkd.in/enqPFxbp See you there 🫡

  • Al is only as powerful as the buyer intelligence behind it. Today, we are launching both an enterprise ready MCP Connector and a Claude Plugin as part of Anthropic's broader Cowork and plugin announcement. Together, they embed unified buyer intelligence directly into Claude workflows, securely and at scale. Instead of stitching together CRM, enrichment, product, intent, and engagement systems independently, Common Room provides a single intelligence layer powering AI native GTM execution. AI should expand leverage across a team, not create new bottlenecks. Full announcement in the comments 👇 #AIGTM #EnterpriseAI #Claude

  • Austin reminded us why executive dinners matter 🍽️ Last week, we brought together a curated group of Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders for an off-the-record conversation about what it takes to build a modern GTM engine in 2026. The themes weren’t tactical; they were structural. • Are your signals unified, or are Sales and Marketing operating from different sources of truth? • How quickly can you spin up and test new plays without creating bottlenecks? • In an AI-first world, is your team optimizing for control — or for time-to-market? • Tribal knowledge doesn’t scale. How are you equipping the field with real-time intelligence they can actually act on? The consensus was clear: pipeline pressure isn’t solved by more activity. It’s solved by better signal visibility, faster experimentation, and tighter alignment across GTM. What stood out most was how candid leaders were about what’s breaking and how motivated they are to rebuild smarter. Huge thanks to the Common Room team (Dan Brayton, Chris Nethercote & Matzen Shirley), along with the leaders who joined us in Austin: Isaac Wyse Aurora McQuade Taft Love 🛫 Colette Wladyka Corey Carpinelli Shannon Jackson Rose Serafini Sharon Hsu James Barton These are the conversations shaping the next generation of revenue teams. And we're already buzzing about the next one! 🚀

Just want to shout out Common Room for hosting such a thoughtful and well executed dinner at Mexta earlier this week in Austin. It never gets old connecting with sales and marketing leaders who are navigating the same challenges day in and day out. There is something powerful about being in a room where everyone speaks the same language and understands the pressure, tradeoffs, and realities of the work. One attendee summed it up perfectly by saying, “This is a safe space.” It was funny, but also spot on. It created space for honest conversations, real examples, and shared learning instead of surface level talk. Big credit to Matzen Shirley, Dan Brayton, and Chris Nethercote for guiding the discussion and being such gracious hosts. Great people, great conversation, and a reminder of how valuable it is to learn from peers who are in it with you.

  • Great night in Austin with RevOps Co-op! We brought together a curated group of Revenue, Sales, and Marketing leaders for an off-the-record conversation about what modern GTM execution actually looks like right now. A few themes that kept surfacing: • Pipeline pressure isn’t going away, it’s forcing smarter orchestration • AI isn’t about more activity, it’s about better prioritization • Buyer signals only matter if they’re unified and actionable • Alignment across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps is the real competitive advantage We believe the strongest GTM engines aren’t built in dashboards — they’re built in rooms like this, where leaders can challenge assumptions and pressure-test what’s working. Appreciate Matthew Volm, Katie Spell and team for partnering with us to create space for genuine conversations. On to the next city 🚀

they say everything’s bigger in Texas…and that includes our RevOps dinner events. 🤠 🍽️ Last night in Austin, we teamed up with our friends at Common Room for an intimate, 16-person gathering at Michelin Guide restaurant…and damn, did it ever deliver. The food? Unreal. 🤌🏼 The conversations? Even better. The vibe? Pure Austin energy. There’s something different about getting a small group of operators around a table — no stage, no slides, no fluff. Just real talk about what’s actually happening inside GTM teams right now. AI. Pipeline pressure. Growth. What’s working, and what’s quietly (or loudly) breaking. Last night was less “corporate networking event” and more emo anthem — raw, honest, maybe a touch dramatic in the best way. #iykyk 🖤 Sixteen operators. Zero ego. A whole lot of shared context. And here’s the thing… When you keep it small, the conversations go deep. When you break bread together, trust builds faster. When you miss it… you definitely feel it the next day scrolling LinkedIn. 👀 😏 Austin showed up. Big time. Huge thanks to Krystal Wu Nicole Kovacs, CMP Matzen Shirley and the whole Common Room for co-hosting and to everyone who grabbed a seat at the table - Antonio Caridad David B. Townsend Dor Zmora Grant Fecteau Kirra Greye Lindsey Procknow Margot Stevenson Melanie Stiekman Michael Green Mike Y. Patrick Sweny Pierce Comeaux Taylor Kelly Wade King Zach West and everyone else - Y’all made it special. 🫶 We’ve got more of these coming. Different cities. Same energy. so the real question is, next time we’re in your town…are you pulling up? #revops #revenueoperations

  • There are more signals and AI agents in GTM than ever. Job changes. Product usage. Buying group activity. AI generating summaries, guiding outreach, coaching reps. But once you move past “finding signals,” the real work begins. How do you turn all of that into repeatable execution across Sales, RevOps, ABX? How do you scale it without adding headcount or more tooling? So we’re trying something new. We’re starting a monthly live community roundtable called GTM Heroes Live. The idea is simple: get in a room, share what’s working, discuss creative ideas, and talk through what’s blocking us together. Special guest co-hosts will kick off the discussion and then open the stage for anyone who wants to join live. No slides. No pitches. The first one is next Thursday. This month’s topic: Signals on signals on signals. What’s next? Will Taylor, Saad Khan, and Jacki Leahy 🪄 Leahy will share how they’re seeing signal-driven GTM evolve inside Sales and RevOps orgs, where teams get stuck, and what it takes to scale without adding complexity. Every strong GTM team has a few heroes leading the way to better outcomes. 🦸 Join the conversation. Share what’s working (and not), and learn alongside the GTM Heroes Live community. See you there 🫡 📅 Next Thursday, Feb 26 at 1pm PT / 4pm ET 🔗 https://lnkd.in/enqPFxbp
