Treating You with Care. Compassionate, expert cancer and blood disorder care close to home.
About us
At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, we treat patients with care — combining advanced clinical expertise with a deeply compassionate, team-based approach. As an independent practice serving Central Ohio since 1987, we deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment for cancer and blood disorders in a more convenient, community-based setting. Our board-certified oncologists, oncology pharmacists, advanced practice providers, and support staff work collaboratively to ensure each patient receives personalized care and rapid access to treatment. From clinical trials and financial navigation to timely communication with referring providers, we’re committed to supporting both patients and the healthcare professionals who serve them. We proudly operate three cancer centers across the Central Ohio region (Jasonway, Westerville, and Dublin), offering an alternative to hospital-based care that’s easier to access, easier to navigate, and just as advanced.

At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, we see every day how much support matters to patients and families facing blood cancers. The United Visionary campaign is a powerful reminder that advancing cancer care takes more than treatment alone. It takes research, resources, partnerships, and people willing to show up for others in meaningful ways. We’re grateful to Nicole, Team #Incredibloods, and everyone who helped make an impact through this year’s campaign. #ColumbusOncologyHematology #BloodCancerUnited #CancerSupport #VisionaryOfTheYear #TeamIncredibloods
This was my first time fundraising, and the 10-week Blood Cancer United Visionary Campaign challenged me in ways I didn’t expect. It meant stepping outside my comfort zone—asking for support not for myself, but on behalf of patients and careigvers impacted by blood cancer. It involved planning, following up, and staying committed every step of the way. While I may not have taken the top spot, I’m feeling incredibly proud and grateful. Together, all of the candidates in Columbus, Ohio raised more than $287,000 to support blood cancer patients and their families through patient support, advocacy, and research. I’m thankful for my team #incredibloods , everyone who supported, donated, and encouraged me along the way. This experience was a reminder that success isn’t always about winning—it’s about the impact we make together. #communityoncology #bettertogether #bloodcancersuppprt #makinganimpact #bloodcancerawareness

Oncology nurses are often the ones patients remember the most. Not because of a single moment, but because they’re there for all of them. They’re the ones answering questions after the appointment ends. Catching side effects early. Explaining things again when it doesn’t quite make sense the first time. They sit at the intersection of clinical precision and human connection, and both matter. At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, our nurses don’t just support care. They shape it. #ColumbusOncologyHematology #OncologyNursingMonth #OncologyNurses #CancerCare #TeamBasedCare #PatientExperience

In oncology, we talk a lot about supporting patients through difficult moments. Less often, we talk about the people providing that care. The conversations that stay with you. The weight of complex decisions. The responsibility of showing up, fully present, day after day. Caring for patients with cancer requires more than clinical expertise. It requires emotional resilience; and that comes with its own challenges. This Mental Health Awareness Month, it’s worth acknowledging that supporting those who care for others is part of delivering quality care. Because when care teams are supported, patients are too. #ColumbusOncologyHematology #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #HealthcareWorkers #OncologyCare #TeamBasedCare #HealthcareLeadership

What makes a workplace different isn’t what’s written on a careers page. It’s how the work actually feels, day to day. At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, that means working in a setting where collaboration is expected, communication is direct, and every role is connected to patient care. It’s a place where decisions are made with patients in mind, and where teams work closely enough that no one is operating in a silo. For those building a career in oncology, that kind of environment makes a difference. #ColumbusOncologyHematology #OncologyCareers #HealthcareCareers #TeamBasedCare #WorkplaceCulture

On Physician Appreciation Day, we recognize the physicians who bring both expertise and compassion to their work every day. At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, our physicians are more than clinicians — they are partners in care. They guide patients through complex decisions, adapt treatment plans with precision, and remain a steady presence throughout the cancer journey. Their work requires not only clinical excellence, but also empathy, resilience, and trust. We’re grateful for the impact they make — on patients, on families, and on the broader oncology community. #PhysicianAppreciationDay #ColumbusOncologyHematology #OncologyCare #HealthcareLeadership #PatientCenteredCare

At Columbus Oncology & Hematology, we don’t wait for awareness months to talk about cancer. Every day matters. That’s why our team doesn’t wear ribbons for just one diagnosis. We wear pins that represent all cancers and blood disorders — because every ribbon tells a story. A patient. A loved one. A colleague. A reason we do this work. For us, these ribbons aren’t symbols for a moment in time. They’re a reflection of the care, responsibility, and purpose we bring to every patient, every day. #WhyWeWearTheRibbon #ColumbusOncologyHematology #CancerCare #OncologyCare #MissionDrivenWork #CancerSupport #CareThatMatters
