We’re proud to support this landmark project with our (#SlottedZ) FRP Z-girts installed behind the rain-screen panels. Delivering a high-performance, thermally efficient solution with built-in ventilation, moisture management, and continuous insulation support - helping the envelope perform at the highest level for years to come. Devon at Weiss Farm, Stoneham MA We are pleased to announce final completion of this 269 unit residential project consisting of 3 apartment buildings, 15 townhomes and an amenity clubhouse. Amenities include roof deck, sky club room, pool, fitness center, game room and lounge. Salvaged wood beams from the original Weiss Farm barn were reused in the clubhouse. A collaboration of John M. Corcoran, Callahan Construction and HDS Architecture.
