    For our latest Chatbase Around the World episode, we sat down with Connor O'Leary from the Testicular Cancer Foundation to hear the story behind the work, and why it matters so much to the men who find them. We talked about the founding story of TCF and the mission that started it all, and why verifiable information is so important when you're navigating a diagnosis. We also touched on how TCF has built a community where no one has to go through the process alone. Connor shared how Chatbase helps them keep up with the volume of questions people bring to them every day, without ever losing the human touch that defines their work. To scale with their growing volume of constituent conversations, they built the TC Navigator on Chatbase. It's trained on TCF's clinical content and walks people through self-exams, treatment options, recovery, survivorship, and how to get involved with TCF programs.
