Someone asked me recently what I thought the key success factors were for a new corporate growth unit. In my new Forbes article, I have tried to summarize my answer to this question. I am interested what others think, though I also feel confident that I have seen enough success and failure to have an informed point of view. I have been working on corporate growth for over twenty-five years first at McKinsey, then IBM, now at Change Logic. I am super fortunate to have worked with CEOs like Vincent Roche at Analog Devices, Andreas Brandstetter UNIQA Insurance Group, and Aicha Evans, formerly of Intel, now CEO at Zoox, not to mention J.
