Memorial Day is a time for remembrance, reflection, and gratitude. Today, we pause to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our nation. We stand in appreciation of those who served and gave their lives, and we extend our deepest respect to the families who carry their legacy forward.  

As the Director of Market Development, Brian Lennon’s priorities are to identify growth opportunities for Censeo and implement strategies to win new projects. This covers a lot of different activities, from networking to meeting new clients, and to developing a lot of proposals. This is important for many reasons, but especially because new and exciting projects provide Censeo’s consulting staff with opportunities to gain new skills and experience as well as progress in their careers. Brian shared that "After working for multiple consulting firms in my career, you learn how important it is to work with great people. What I love about Censeo is that the people are all extremely smart, talented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. That commitment across the firm to delivering real results and impactful outcomes is something that really sets Censeo apart in the market."  Outside of work, he is on the road weekly supporting and participating in his family’s athletic engagements. This year, Brian is looking forward to a week-long trip to Ireland. We wish him luck on his first visit to the country!

We are proud to introduce Dann Truong! Dann is currently working on the Category Management project at GSA which helps the government improve its buying practices. From the soccer field to the pickleball court, Dann is always on the move. After picking up pickleball last year, he’s been fully immersed in the sport and its community, adding a fun new challenge to his routine. When it’s time to relax, he turns to creativity—filming funny reels to share laughs and unwind. Dann and his family recently enjoyed a Spring Break getaway to Cancun at an all-inclusive resort; and he is now looking forward to the 2026 World Cup, with plans to attend a semi-final or final match!

Our Technical Delivery Efficiency (TDE) Strategic Initiative (SI) Team recently hosted an in-office day, kicking things off with bagels and bringing everyone together for an Innovation Brown Bag session featuring AI tools. The goal of this series is to promote a culture of innovation at Censeo by highlighting the new solutions project teams are developing to meet evolving client needs as well as the innovative tools SI teams are developing to help us all be more productive. After work, and keeping up with the AI theme, TDE hosted an AI-inspired trivia. It was exciting to see teams collaborate, think creatively, and put their knowledge to the test. These monthly gatherings are essential for building connections, exchanging insights, and enhancing company culture. 

We are proud to introduce Marley Howell! Marley joined Censeo in 2024 as a Project Analyst and is currently supporting our GSA PPOMSS contract. Outside of work, Marley likes to spend time with her family, read, and crochet. Additionally, she has a multitude of plants, which she is doing her best to keep alive. A few of her goals for 2026 are to obtain a Project Management certification and improve her collection of home-cooking recipes.  We asked Marley what she likes about working at Censeo:  “I enjoy working at Censeo because the firm promotes a culture where effort and achievements are consistently recognized.”

At Censeo, our hybrid staff follow an approach where folks come into the office a few days a week to collaborate and often can work remotely for the remaining days. 

Adam Walters hosted our March in-office day, complete with breakfast bagels from Bagels Etc., poke bowls for lunch from Blowfish Poke & Grill, plus cookies, cobblers, and puddings from Peach Cobbler Factor. At the end of the day, Caroline Cerny and Adam Cable, MPP won the March Madness-inspired game of Knockout. In-office days are always a good time to connect with fellow Censeans!

In celebration of Women’s History Month, our Community Advancement Team and Censeo Voices, invited Censeo employees to a Women's History Month Trivia. Our staff came together in this hybrid event for some friendly competition. The team enjoyed charcuterie boards and fresh-baked pies from Pie Shop. The Berger Pie was a huge hit!
