As we close out Women's History Month, we want to pay homage to those who have paved the way for everyone to work and create their own success. 🤝 "In my experience, most women are challenged with managing work-life balance in a different way than men. I think it’s a challenge we should embrace, as it helps us develop a skillset that makes us more adaptable and pushes us to prioritize results. It’s important for our teams to see that while we should always be professionals, it’s ok to be human too. Former Governor Martha Layne Collins is a great inspiration to me. She made the sacrifices necessary to lead our Commonwealth – and we all benefited from her leadership."- Kristina Slattery, Commissioner, Department for Business and Community Development
