Raising a glass (of sweet tea, of course) to Milo's new manufacturing and distribution facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina! We're honored to have completed another facility for Milo's and be a part of their continued growth.
Our purpose at Milo’s is to deliver delicious Milo’s Moments of joy to our fans and delight our customers with remarkable on-time, in-full service. Today marks a major moment in Milo’s history as we cut the ribbon on our fourth state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This $200M, 200k-square-foot facility will employ 200 associates when fully ramped up. We are grateful to all of the elected officials and community partners who have welcomed us in the Upstate community, as well as our retail partners who play a big role in our Milo’s growth story. This investment will double our capacity, helping us to grow our core business, focus on innovation, and create more impact in the communities we serve. Groundbreaking 💥 Construction is underway on a new freestanding emergency department in Fulton County, Georgia. The county is teaming up with Grady Health System to provide more convenient access to emergency care to communities south of Interstate 20 in metro Atlanta. The single-story, 25,000 sq ft facility will include 16 patient bays, a CT room, an emergency x-ray room, and pediatric trauma rooms.

More parking and improved rental car facilities are on the way to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. We recently topped out the 763-space precast parking garage next to the airport terminal. In addition to the parking garage, the structure includes: ✈️ Quick-turn-around facility: This 133,000 sq ft area includes car wash, vacuuming, fuel, fluids, and offices for rental car companies. ✈️ Central services building: The lobby and office space adjoin 113,000 sq ft of ready return for rental cars. ✈️ Ready return floor: An additional 130,000 sq ft of rental car parking The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
