It supports a 1-million-token context window and introduces native computer-use — agents can now control desktops, browsers, and apps autonomously. GPT-5.4 has 33% fewer factual errors than its predecessor. 2. February Venture Funding Hit $189B — Biggest Month in History Global startup funding shattered every record at $189 billion, up 780% YoY. Three companies captured 83%: OpenAI ($110B), Anthropic ($30B), Waymo ($16B). AI startups accounted for 90% of all venture capital deployed. 3. White House AI Preemption Deadline Arrived March 11 The Commerce Department published its evaluation of state AI laws, identifying regulations it considers burdensome to innovation.
