About us

Brandience is a retail-minded advertising agency that blends bold creativity with data insights to deliver powerful results, resulting in bigger, bolder ideas that connect with consumers. (So, we’ve got a strong left brain / right brain thing going on). For over two decades, we’ve specialized in restaurants, franchise, healthcare, and retail, applying proven retail marketing practices in unexpected places, bringing sharper strategy and stronger results to our clients & partners. Based in Cincinnati, our team is passionate about community and lives that value daily through our commitment to the people and places that Cincinnati holds dear. Our 4-step process is in our name: Brand, Audience, Science, Experience. We tease-out truths that matter, dig for insights that resonate with consumers, and deliver experiences that inspire. We are proud to be early adopters of human-centered Generative AI. Brandience is notably among the first regional agencies to implement a formal AI use policy to enhance creativity, improve efficiencies, and deliver even greater value to our clients. Our people are humble, so we don’t like to brag, but we’ve been recognized time and time again by: - Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work - Ad Age’s Media Maven - Media Magazine’s Top Twenty Rising Media Stars Our clients aren’t shy about praising us either, and the awards back it up. We are an award-winning creative agency, having been honored by industry-leading recognition program including: - Addy Awards (AAF & Cincinnati) - Telly Awards - MarCom Awards - MediaPost Planning & Buying Awards - Healthcare Advertising Awards - GDUSA Packaging Design Awards - Communicator Awards (AIVA) Continually on top of trends, changing behaviors and the latest technology, we are frequently presenting authorities at American Marketing Association, FoodFluence, Food and Nutrution Conference and Expo, and more.

  • So many strong insights in this MediaPost article featuring Danyelle Horrillo, VP of Digital & Programmatic Media. AI can process data at scale, but it still can’t “read the room.” It’s a powerful tool for efficiency, but without human interpretation, context can get lost. As marketers, it’s on us to question the outputs, understand the inputs, and turn insights into meaningful strategy. 💡 ⬇️ Want to dive deeper? Check out the link to the article in the comments!

  • 2026 is a turning point for sports marketing. Not because of one moment, but because of what’s happening around it💡 As Julie Stock, Account Executive, breaks down in this piece, fans are more connected, more active, and harder to capture than ever. Which means showing up isn’t enough anymore. The brands that win will create experiences, build community, and stay in the conversation beyond game day. ⬇️ Check out the comments to read more!

OpenAI launched a model that can control your computer. Venture funding hit $189 billion in a single month. And the White House just moved to override every state AI law.  Here are some of the big AI stories going on right now:  1. OpenAI Launches GPT-5.4 With Native Computer Use OpenAI released GPT-5.4 in three variants: Standard, Thinking, and Pro. It supports a 1-million-token context window and introduces native computer-use — agents can now control desktops, browsers, and apps autonomously. GPT-5.4 has 33% fewer factual errors than its predecessor.  2. February Venture Funding Hit $189B — Biggest Month in History Global startup funding shattered every record at $189 billion, up 780% YoY. Three companies captured 83%: OpenAI ($110B), Anthropic ($30B), Waymo ($16B). AI startups accounted for 90% of all venture capital deployed.  3. White House AI Preemption Deadline Arrived March 11 The Commerce Department published its evaluation of state AI laws, identifying regulations it considers burdensome to innovation. The FTC issued a parallel policy statement on how federal law applies to AI. Courts will ultimately decide the outcome.  4. Anthropic Launches Code Review for Claude Code A multi-agent system that dispatches parallel agents to analyze pull requests. Before launch, 16% of Anthropic's PRs got substantive review comments. Now 54% do. Less than 1% of findings marked incorrect.  5. Replit Raises $400M at $9B Valuation The "vibe coding" platform tripled its valuation from $3B to $9B in six months. Over 40 million users. Targeting $1B ARR by year-end.  Which story will have the biggest impact?  #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #AINews #OpenAI #VentureFunding
